Worst **************** experience ever!!I honestly dont even know where to possibly begin with my review of the company s customer service/support, or even the product. I am sure all the reviews they have on their website HAVE to be paid. I purchased the product from the official website and figured, "it has a 60day money back guarantee, so I have nothing to lose". Well, here I am 5 months later and am still $300+ out and dealing with the most stressful, frustrating, inept and stupid person I have dealt with in my lifetime. She, (*****), is not in the correct position to be dealing with consumers. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE GLYCOSHIELD!!! Both my brother and I tried it, and it does not work as advertised. And... when you want to return the product, they do everything they can to avoid taking it back and refunding YOUR money.

The promo that captured my attention emphasized weight loss more than potential reduction of A-1C although mention of insulin resistance as main culprit prohibiting weight loss was not left out. I ordered the dramatically discounted six month supply solely because of its generous 180 day 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. Three months in I had to concede that this promised miracle just wasn't going to happen anytime soon and requested a return mailing label for the empties to verify my purchase to collect my guaranteed refund ($316.34). Since I was well within the 180 day limit offered, I continued with the daily doses whilst repeating my requests for full refund. I received three canned responses suggesting I save a trip to the post office by joining a support group while claim was under review. My last three repeat requests for refund/rebate have been ignored. Their bogus warranty expires next week. I have not yet lost one single pound!

DO *** BUY! Does not work. Multiple efforts to get a refund have failed. They do not honor their money back guarantee. First said they would send a return label. Multiple requests and no label. Then was given a form to fill out. At the end of a very long form I had 2 choices: continue to use the product or close the refund request with no further action ( refund). What a scam? Is there anyway to get this product off the market?

Definitely a scam. My A1c Actually went higher while taking this garbage. When I asked for a refund, they kept offering me "coaching".

1-Star given because a negative star # isn't available. Glycoshield is a scam. They catch you in a weak moment. They take your money and immediately start texting and emailing you increasingly aggressive marketing for other services, trying to get you into some program with some bogus counseling. By the time I received my package, I was in full red flag mode and realized I should not have thrown away $182.40 on it and believed it would be refunded, as most normal internet companies. I returned the package unopened and followed their lengthy directions, never received my refund. I wouldn't believe a word they said even if you could get someone to talk to.

****.. ****.. ****.. ****.. SCAM......PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK....You will NOT get a REFUND..Per their claim, if you are not satisfied you'll get a full refund. THAT IS A LIE.I purchased in May 2025 (6bottles for $307.23). July ********************************************************** August 2025 requested again, through the link they sent me again, still no refund. September 2025 requested again, through their link, then the response was "it's beyond 60days, they cannot help me". DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!! YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!!
