In july, 25 I ordered 12 bottes of Glycoshield foe $317.52 which was delivered. However later on I found out from my Phisysian not to take them since I have problems with my kidneis,*TC.I have tryd numerousn time to contact their customer service thru the * mail provided for suport but without any answers. the last one I wrote I informed them that I'm returning all the bottels unopened and that I want a full refund .I returned the items via F*D*X on 9/9/25 tracking # ************ and they received it but I have not received the refund as of now 10/22/25.The product was purchased thru CLIKBANK With a 6 months guaranteed return if not satisfyed.Mine were never opened.I am greatfully awaite for your help and responce Sincerely J *****Initial Complaint

Based on an online promotion by GlycoShield, and the promise of a full refund within 60 days if not satisfied, on July20, 2025 I purchased a 6-bottle order of their GlycoShield product that was promoted to reduce A1C blood glucose for the price of $294. After trying it for a month with no notable change in blood sugar readings, I sent an email to Customer Support requesting directions for obtaining a refund. There was no response. I then sent a second email repeating my request. Again there was no response. I then called Customer Support and told them of the problem, and that I had already sent two emails with no response and that I needed instructions for returning the product. I was told that I would be contacted, but as of 9/27/2025 there has been no response, even after I returned the product to their Aurora, CO address via *** and with a requirement for signature upon receipt. *** verified delivery was 9/19/25 at 10:49 a.m. Reference Number: MM2NNTCSU72S1Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 bottles of Glycofreedom on 5/8/25. There was a 60 guarantee and I did not find the product to produce any results so asked for a refund on 7/4/25. I also returned 4 unused bottles as requested to the address on file for them. I continue to correspond but they only send email with a form that doesn't really work anymore since it's beyond the 60 days. They owe me the $309.88 that I paid with the guarantee.Initial Complaint

I ordered glycoshield because their ad said you just take the drops every morning to lose ********** dont have to change anything you are doing (I.e. no diet or exercise). It said try it risk free. If you dont like it you can get your money back NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Even before I received the product I started getting emails about a personal support person and health questionnaires. I told them I did not wish to participate in any of that and I would like a refund. They had me fill out an online form. When I submitted it, the reply was your request will be reviewed in the next 60 days.I emailed back reminding them of no questions asked. They told me to fill out a form. It was the same one I had already submitted. The reply was they needed to review my request for customer service reasons.This is BLATANT false advertising.Business Response

I purchased Glyco Shield products on January 25, 2025 and requested to return and get a refund on May 20, 2025 within the product guarantee window because of product performance. I have had numerous email contacts and waited over 35 days since this time for the refund with no information on when I would get my refund.
