  Do not do business with this company! I did get a fast response when wanting to return unused bottles for a full refund per their guarantee. First, I was offered 35% money back and keep the bottles, then 50% money back and keep the bottles. I refused both. I got all the info and sent the bottles back notifying the company with a tracking #. Even before they received them, I saw a 35% payment back to my card. I contacted again and all they could say was that a refund was given and a return refund could only be processed once so basically that was it. I referred to the agreement all verified through the previous emails and they never responded back again....

  Do not EVER do business with this company. The company out of ******** is actually a company called ********* that does the shipping. I have been trying for OVER a month to get a RA, & shipping address to return this worthless product. ***** ******* and all other celebrities that tout this bogus BurnFlow should have to pay money back as well. You dont get to deal with a human, you get AI responses to the email address provided by customer service. And customer service cant help with anything. Totally frustrating.

  Avoid these scam artists like the plague! They are thieves! I returned the product within a week after receiving. They guaranteed me (in writing) that I could do so with no questions asked. It took them an additional 4 weeks to get back to me with a response on the return status only to state the return "did not meet their criteria, and the case would be "closed". I have asked what the criteria is for returns, but they are refusing to issue credit nor provide me with their return criteria and how mine didn't meet it. CRIMINAL!!

  Terrible customer service. I don't even know where to return this package. I was ordering just 2. They convinced me to upgrade to 6. They charged my card for 8. I asked my ** and he said do not take. Never opened package. Don't know what to do now.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I followed their return policy to the letter, and I am still waiting 6 weeks later for my return. They have been jerking me around with excuses. The latest saying the product was opened. I never opened anything except the mailer and only because the return policy said I needed to put something inside it!

  They are thieves, you can not get a straight answer and the email address does not receive messages. Each person has a different excuse. Shipping address is not where the pills originates. I ordered BURN PEAK, they sent BURN FLOW. The BURN FLOW is a pepper compound and turmeric, none of the advertised compounds. I have wrote letters, called and now trying this. I want my money returned.

  Total scam. Hook you with a 30+min video with a famous actor and a doctor. Describe lots of great weight loss promoting ingredients but when the product arrives it is simply a Tumeric supplement nothing else and you could have purchased it from your local drug store for under $10 (from a real *** approved mfgr). I am now in the how to get a refund stage, being shunted from original phone call to the back office will get back to you via email for the refund process. Unfortunately I have been dealing with this company, same address down to the unit number, operating under a different name for almost 3 months to get a refund for another scam product (Prozenith) with nothing forthcoming. Fool me twice but never again!
