    I purchased the Burn Flow product on August *******. The total purchase price was $312.38. The order number is 5237. Copy of receipt is attached (as supporting document).I began communication with **************************************** on September 6, 2025. I told them their product made me sick and per their return policy I would like to return the unused pills and receive a full refund to my credit card. After several back and forth emails, on September 11, 2025, I received the address of where to return the unused product. Copy of email attached. As instructed, I returned all the unused tablets. The package was received at their facility on September 17th, 2025 at 12:49pm. A copy of my outgoing mailing receipt from **** as well as the **** tracking delivery results is attached.Since that time after being promised a refund- I have not received my money back.I am attaching (supporting documentation) an email dated September 22, ********************************* progress. On October 3rd, they asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my credit card. The information was not correct (the last digit was wrong). I responded by providing them the correct data. I continued to email them about the status of my refund. I also asked for the legal name, address and phone number of their company. On October 10, ************************************************* final processing (but they still had incorrect credit card data). The company information was included. A copy of that email is attached. Since 10/10, I have emailed them for status updates 4 times. I have had no further responses from them. I have all the email correspondence with Burn Flow. I can provide any/all if you need them.

    Ordered these supplements from this company on line Was told by my doctor not to take them because of medications I am taking The refund states that if forever reason you cannot take them FULL REFUND will be given with NO reason. Emailed ************ with them 13 times & same question was asked over& over with nothing getting resolved!!!

    The product sold were based on fraudulent advertising including AI generated recommendations. Also they advertised 6 month supply but were billed for 18 month supply. There is no easy way to return these items. Will be pushing this claim through credit card company to reverse payment if the company does not refund money urgently.

    I ordered the burn flow pills on August 28th 2025, I tried to cancel my order the next day and they would not let me. They continued to ship them to me a few days later after I asked to cancel my order. So I received them on September 3 2025. I paid the shipping cost to send them back that same day which was $14.40. they received them back 09/06/2025. On 09/15/2025 they told me that they had a systemic error that temporarily held up a small batch of refund request and mine was in that. I emailed them again on 09/24/2025 and told them that I still have not received my refund and they said they are looking into it but now it is 09/28/2025 I still have not heard from them and when they told me they was looking into it and would get right back with me they was calling me ********! My name is ***** ******** not ********!

    I ordered a weight loss supplement but later found that the famous people recommending the product were AI generated and false.(Early July)Repeated attempts to contact them have resulted in a busy signal and hang *** when I tried to give the *** and tracking numbers after I returned the unopened product as directed by the shipping company and company number that I was given !

    Thank you for notifying us about **************** experience. We appreciate the opportunity to address this promptly and transparently.
    First, our sincere apologies to Ms. ****** for the confusion and the difficulty reaching our team. We take both advertising compliance and customer support very seriously.


    What we found
    After reviewing this case, we identified independent third-party advertisers promoting our product/brand in ways that do not meet our standards (including AI-generated endorsement style creatives). While these parties are not our employees and we cannot pre-approve every internet placement, we are ultimately responsible for the product. Weve taken immediate action:
    Disabled and reported the non-compliant ads and their sources.
    Tightened our affiliate/partner rules to require pre-approval and stricter monitoring.
    Implemented additional brand-protection tools and rapid takedown procedures.


    Resolution for the customer
    Refund: We have authorized a full refund of $310 to Ms. ******* original payment method for Order #**** (6 bottles).
    Return status: Ms. ****** noted the package was returned with tracking **********************. We will not require any further action from her.
    Timing: The refund will post within 35 business days (bank processing times may vary). Well email Ms. ****** a confirmation as soon as its completed.

    Support & next steps
    To ensure this doesnt happen again, weve increased phone capacity and added a dedicated escalation channel. If Ms. ****** needs anything else, were available at ************************** and *************, MondayFriday, 09h00AM - 05h00PM.
