I ordered Barislend with the understanding that it was a ********************************* 100% refund. In the beginning, I saw a disc***ancy with info on another website, the phone number was incorrect, and I almost canceled before even receiving the order. It took a few emails to verify the 180 day policy as the customer support seemed to ***ly very vague. There was nothing in their correspondence stating only unopened bottles. I returned within 90 days, waited a few weeks before checking on this. I have several emails with issues of the refund. The first I understood because I sent the tracking # from the signature confirmation receipt and thought maybe that was different. Then I had the postmaster track in and she gave a printout of the signature page and the # was trackable. After I emailed all the proof and answered all the questions, the correspondence stopped. I called today and it seemed like the same runaround trying not to refund. I was first told it didn't track with ****. Then it had to arrive before the 90 days and when I said was told 180, she asked if I had documentation. After that, it was how many bottles were returned (3 unopened), she would refund 70 some dollars. I said no, when I ordered it was $294 and it was fully refunded. She then said they could only refund the unopened and it would be 3-5 days. I disagreed but I had a scheduled appointment so we ended the call. After I could check the refund policy (it didn't show on my order receipt but it's online, 100% no hassle but for only 60 days now), I emailed them to refute the half refund. I felt the customer *** today was untruthful about the refund as the website policy states 100% guaranteed. They promptly credited half and responded with the policy is they can only issue a refund in one transaction. After one untruth, this is difficult to believe that the refund amount cannot be corrected.Initial Complaint

9/22/2025 I purchased 3 bottles Barislend Weight Loss Blend @ $177 from a ******** ad. The sale included a 100% guaranteed refund for 90 days even if anything was used. I used some pills from 1 bottle. I gained ****************************************************************** directions on how to return the unsatisfactory product. It never ********** I called the contact number on the bottle *************). I spoke with ****** who verified my transaction It appears under Catpanda on my Discover bill. She refused full refund since 1 bottle had been opened. How was I to find out if the product worked and I was satisfied if I couldnt open the bottle? Asking to speak with her supervisor she said no. Further questioning revealed there's no president of this business, Varisland, a third party vendor in **. Initially she said I could get a 35% refund; later a 50% refund, Internet searches found no listing for Barislend nor *********, ******** had several complaints from customers of ******************** including words such as Fraud and Scam.Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 bottles of Barislend on 7/18/2025 and I submitted a request to to return the items on 10/19. I developed a rash on face that hasnt gone away since the use of this product. I just figured out the rash was from the supplement. It started at the end of Aug. They told me I am just outside of the window of return, which was 90 days and told me the return date cutoff was Oct. 16. I dont remember seeing a 90 day return policy but remember they stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was a couple days outside, which is ridiculous!Initial Complaint

Initial date of payment, July 28, 2025 via *******July 9. Item arrived. Took as directed for 1 mo with no results. Called **************** who said to increase dose and if that didnt work to call again and my money would still be refunded. This new dosage was no longer working and I couldnt find the phone # so I initiated a resolution with ******. This was denied, but I did get the phone # so I called and was told I had to return the product. The customer service *** said when the items were received I would get my money back. 3 bottles were sent back and **** receipt shows they arrived Oct 4. My refund did not appear in my ****** account so today I called and was told that I was supposed to call after my items were received at the warehouse.!!! And now it was too late past the 60 days!!! The product is a scam! They offer a money back guarantee but it begins when you place your order. It is difficult to find any information to contact them about dissatisfaction. When I finally did, they explained that the money back guarantee began when I placed the order not when received and I was able to realize the scam. They refused to help! On 6/14/25 I clicked an Instagram ad and watched a video about this companys weight loss supplement. I placed an order and IMMEDIATELY, I received numerous phone calls. When I answered, a representative said she needed to confirm my credit card number because it came through encrypted. I refused, suspecting a scam, and told her to cancel my order. She said there was no order to cancel since I refused to give her my credit card number. I hung up and reported the incident to my credit card company.Despite this, I received an email that my order shipped, my card was charged, and the product was delivered 6/18/25. I began taking it immediately.On 9/14/25 after consistent use with no results, I requested a refund under their 90-day money-back guarantee. On 9/15/25 they offered only a 35% partial refund. I declined, since their website promises a 100% refund.On 9/16/25 they stated; "Unfortunately, our Terms and Conditions stipulate a 90-day money-back guarantee and we are unable to process a return or issue a refund for your recent order as the last day for refunds was on September 12, 2025, which falls outside of the specified refund period. Respectfully, this is incorrect. While purchased on June 14, the product was not shipped until June 16 and delivered June 18. Their website states: We are 100% confident in BariSlends effectiveness. However, if youre not completely satisfied, simply contact our team within 90 days, and well refund 100% of your purchaseno questions asked, no hassle. Effectiveness cannot be assessed until the product is received. The reasonable interpretationand the one consistent with good-faith business practicesis that the 90-day period begins on the delivery date of June 18. On June 20, 2025 I ordered 18 bottles of Barislend (6 mo supply) from a ******** ad in the amount of $584. The claim/promise was to "melt the weight off" without any special diet or exercise. I received the Barislend, took it every day but never got any results. Their video advertisement offered a 100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 90 Day Guarantee. I requested a complete refund on Aug 19. After company attempts to get me to keep all the product and agree to a lesser refund, and refusing each one, on Aug 28 I finally received return instructions to ship the unopened bottles and, upon receipt, receive a refund. I did call the company and confirmed the instructions and verified I would receive a full refund of $584. Per the company ad that I could use the product for 90 days at no risk and then request a full refund, I shipped 15 bottles of unopened product on Sept 5. On Sept 17 I received acknowledgement of receipt of the product and was advised of a refund of $486.66 for unopened product. I promptly advised I expected a full refund pursuant to their video ad and website claim of "100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 90 Day Guarantee. We're so confident you'll see incredible results with Barislend in the coming days that we're offering a special 90 day guarantee. Once your bottles arrive, start using it daily and you'll notice your body feeling lighter, your energy renewed, and those stubborn pounds melting away. If, after a few weeks or months, you are not completely satisfied with the results, simply request a refund, and we'll return 100% of your money, no hassle, no questions asked." With no response after a few days, I again emailed reiterating the video ad and website promises of a 100% refund and requested the additional $97.34. I received no response after either email. I made an accidental purchase on 8/11/25. I immediately called customer service to ask that it be cancelled. *** said I had to wait until I received merchandise and then return for a refund. I also got AI email responses saying that I could get a full refund as it had not shipped yet. Well, they shipped it anyway. I received it on 8/15/25. I tried to take it to the warehouse which was close to my house. They would not accept. I had to pay *** to return it same day. They received it on 8/18/25. I have tried emailing all their platforms, calling customer service, filing dispute with ******, and finally filing a dispute with my bank. I keep getting the run around with my refund and its always some ********* I don't even think she is a real person, but an AI bot. I just want my money back. I tried to order weight loss product after watching video on ********. I was unsuccessful in a credit card order , but the company called me with info from my attempt online. Multiple charges were attempted; I authorized one for the final order. The agent was **** *****; ID # ****. **************. My order 7/26/25 was #*****. Multiple fraudulent charges were attempted within an hour of my purchase, so I canceled my credit card. When the product did arrive, it was NOT as advertised; NO advertised ingredients. Within ************************************************************* my intestines. This was not my idea of how this was supposed to work. I feel it is a lie. The advertisementsaid it was an *** tested product. It is not. Not only that they charged me almost $300. I had no idea the product could bepurchased at ******* for 20. im still out of work. It has been two weeks and under a doctors care. I dont care about the money, but this company should be put out of business for selling such a product to make someone so ill. When I contacted the company they want me to pay for everything to send it back. They wouldnt even consider a credit they wanted to give me50% back.
