    I made an accidental purchase on 8/11/25. I immediately called customer service to ask that it be cancelled. *** said I had to wait until I received merchandise and then return for a refund. I also got AI email responses saying that I could get a full refund as it had not shipped yet. Well, they shipped it anyway. I received it on 8/15/25. I tried to take it to the warehouse which was close to my house. They would not accept. I had to pay *** to return it same day. They received it on 8/18/25. I have tried emailing all their platforms, calling customer service, filing dispute with ******, and finally filing a dispute with my bank. I keep getting the run around with my refund and its always some ********* I don't even think she is a real person, but an AI bot. I just want my money back. I already returned their package.

    Within ************************************************************* my intestines. This was not my idea of how this was supposed to work. I feel it is a lie. The advertisementsaid it was an *** tested product. It is not. Not only that they charged me almost $300. I had no idea the product could bepurchased at ******* for 20. im still out of work. It has been two weeks and under a doctors care. I dont care about the money, but this company should be put out of business for selling such a product to make someone so ill. When I contacted the company they want me to pay for everything to send it back. They wouldnt even consider a credit they wanted to give me50% back. I sent them an email and told them if they dont give me a full refund I will take them to court and seek medicaldamages and thats when I received another email stating I still have to pay for shipping but Ill receive my full $294 back.

    On August 2, **25, I placed an order with a company called H3131393535**303838H. Immediately after completing the transaction, I attempted to cancel the order by phone. I called three separate times, but each experience was equally frustrating and unproductive.Every time I reached a representative, the line was full of static and extremely difficult to hear. None of the representatives were able to locate my order number. While on hold, my queue position behaved erraticallyinstead of progressing, it moved backward. I went from being caller #**, to #**, then #**, to #8, only to jump back to #**. This sequence is not only illogical, but appears to be a deceptive tactic to discourage cancellations.When I finally got through to a representative, the call quality was so poor that I couldnt understand them, and I was ultimately disconnectedagain. This experience has left me feeling misled and concerned that H3131393535**303838H is intentionally making it difficult to cancel orders or receive customer support.I am submitting this complaint in the hopes that H363137393**8313831H will look into H3131393535**303838Hs customer service practices, particularly as they relate to transparency, accessibility, and fair treatment of consumers. I am requesting that the company promptly cancel my order and issue confirmation in writing.

    I purchased 3 bottles of Barislend with 180 day money back guarentee. After 6 weeks with no results i contacted them for a refund. They instructed me to send back unopen product and i would be guven a full refund. They only refunded the cost of the unopen bottle. Statement. Of 180 day refund which i was told that i could use all 180 days for the product to work then. If there were no results i would get a **** refund. That would indicate to me that i would have no product to send back. This is the worst case of song and dance i have heard. When i called the company she hung up on me. There customer service # is ************. I would appreciate any assistance
