    Tried to return an unopened bottle within the timeframe of returns. Called the line to return, it kept disconnecting. Called the number on the bottle, the *** offered me 30% back, I said no, then she offered me 50%. I want all of my money back less shipping. She had an attitude. DON'T Purchase this product

    They lied to me too! The product just does not work! I called about a month into it and was told I would get a full refund if not happy but suggested I continue taking it for a few weeks more just to see. Now I understand why they recommended I continue using it...they only refund, or so they say, a portion of what you haven't used so they are incentivized to have you continuing. When I called after the extra few weeks they then told me of the limited return policy which I vehemently protested. After placing me on hold for an eternity they said I would, in fact, receive a full refund after I returned all the used and unused bottles. I had 3. They then notified me by email that I timed out of the return period and was no longer eligible to receive any refund, not even a partial. THIS IS A ************ that needs to be investigated!

    This product does not work. I could not get a refund after website says 100% money back quarantee, no questions asked!! Claim the refund period starts the date of purchase, not when you receive it and start taking it!Do not buy this product!

    Like other reviews this business is a scam. Produce does NOT work. And like others I was refused any refund because it was dated by purchase date and not the date I received the produce. Do Not buy from this ***

    Intentionally fraudulent advertising. Refuse to honor the 180 day full refund. Dont waste your money. They bullied my wife into 50% refund and then refused the remaining refund

    I ordered their product with the understanding from their website there was a 180 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I have used it about two months and gained weight instead of losing. They claim the money back guarantee is only good for 60 days and refuse to refund me even for the unopened bottles. False advertising and horrible product and customer service.
