I purchased 6 bottles of AquaSculpt on 6/11/25 order #8GAZR6U2, They advertised complete refund if returned with 60 days. I sent email on 7/28 asking for refund since my doctor suggested I not take (stomach problems). They did not respond. I asked again 8/14. I called & they said it was too late. I sent another email 8/21 & forwarded them my request. They more or less said too bad, too late now.I'm not suggesting it was this that made me ill but I've been so ill that I forgot about this. I spent $234.00 on this supposed weight loss supplement because they had a 100% money back guarantee for their product, even if the bottles are empty! When I emailed the company about sending the product back, they told be I would only be getting back a partial refund for the unused portion of their product! It states no where on their website they only give back a partial refund if the bottles have been opened and/or used. I emailed them back WITH PICTURE PROOF that it states ONE HUNDRED PERCENT REFUND EVEN IF BOTTLES ARE EMPTY, otherwise I wouldnt have ordered their ridiculous product to begin with! I have been back and forth with their company about this, and I still get the answer that they will only pay for the unused product! I feel that they are scamming their customers and any other consumer that thinks their product will work for them, but doesnt, then try to claim the 100% money back, but they wont receive this. THAT IS FRAUD in my opinion! I emailed pictures from their website with highlighted sections where they state they will give a whole refund to them, and I still got they would only give me back a partial refund. I even tried to chat with a representative of their company but they claimed they couldnt find an order number for what I ordered or the email address. I have the emails from them! I have included pictures from their website, as well as the pictures I sent to them with the highlighted sections where they would take the empty bottles and return 100% of the purchase. I also included pictures of the emails I received back from them saying they would only take the unused portion and only give back payment from those bottles. I would leave an unfavorable review, but theres no where to do so on their site.I feel that if theyre not going to give a 100% refund nor honor such claim, they should say so on the website so that someone will think twice about ordering their product in the first place!!Business Response

I placed the order on 7/27/2025; it shipped 7/28/2025. I tried the product for seven days and had bad headaches and nausea. Stopped using it and contacted the vendor for instructions on initiating a return three times via email to their support email address with no response and once to a *** that was sending me other emails with product information, again with no response. I called their toll-free number and either no one answers or was promptly disconnected. I have sent the attached letter with the product to them for refund today. I also attached a copy of the packing slip and postal receipt for the shipment. The return was initiated within their 60-day 100% refund requirement. Once I have confirmation they received the product, I will also file a dispute with my credit card company if there is no response. End of April, 2025, product was sent out in May. The product is for weight loss. In the interview there is no discussion on: 60 -day trial. It was a package of 3 bottles of the product. Started called 6 weeks later and started to get the "run around". Numerous messages and texts and emails were sent stating the product has no effect on weight. I took the product to my physician and he said it was a scam and it was nothing but a vegetable tablet.I called numerous times and asked for a refund. No paperwork was ever sent with the product stating it was a 60-day trial and no refund. I was told to complete the 3 mo supply and then get back to them. Very upset. I purchased 3 separate orders of product from AQUASCULPT: Two on 2-16-2025, and one more on 2-17-25. After reviewing the products that I received, I decided to keep one order and return two for refund on 3-27-2025. AQUASCULPT was notified that I was returning two orders and they created a return ticket with return instructions, per their full refund guarantee. The orders were returned via **** (tracking #**********************) at a cost of $26. The returns were received by AQUASCULPT 3-31-2025. Two refunds were issued on 3-29-2025. Unfortunately, one of the refunds was for the one order that I kept, resulting in an underpayment $213.35. I contacted AQUASCULPT via phone calls, text and email explaining the discrepancy, receiving assurances from TJ and customer service that it would be resolved. To date nothing has been resolved and I have received form letter emails closing the return ticket. On 6/26/25, I purchased 6 bottles of Aquasculpt for $255.06 with the information that I had a 60 day money back guarantee of a full refund if I wasn't satisfied with the results as long as I returned all the bottles both opened and unopened. It NEVER says the price will be prorated based on the unopened bottles. I actually gained 2 pounds while taking this product and when I returned it, they only refunded me $170. When I asked for a copy of the policy, they stated they could not release it to me due to security reasons. I also asked to be addressed accordingly by my name and the responder continued to address me by my cousin's name, which is the email I use, which leads me to feel even more like I'm not being heard. I paid $234.00 for a 6 month supply of AquaSculpt in May. The agent and the advertisement stated that I could return it for a full 100% refund with 60 days. Well the AquaSculpt not working after 50 days. I called them on 07/21/2025 and they said to return all 6 plastic bottles for a full refund. They said to call back with the **** tracking number. The next day (07/22/2025) I called back with the tracking number. They then asked how many bottles I sent. I said all 6. They then asked how many were unopened. (I do not lie!) One was totally empty. One was partially empty due to to use. A third was full, opened by accident and closed immediately. The last three were still sealed. They then said that I would only get a partial refund. I objected. That is not what I was told on purchase. They refunded $117.00. They refuse to honor their original promise and NOWHERE is the unopened policy mentioned.Business Response

I purchased the Aquasculpt product on 5/16/2025 under their 60 day money back guarantee. I tried the product for 45 days and saw none of advertised benefits. The product did not work for me as advertised. I sent an email to Aquasculpt on 6/30, well within the 60 days allotted for the money back guarantee, requesting a refund and return instructions for the product. Over the course of the next 15 days agents from Aquasculpt corresponded with me offering me deals and alternative options, I refused all of these and continued to request a refund and return instructions. Finally on 7/17 after multiple emails, they advised that since my refund request had not been completed within the 60 days, they were unable to comply. The delays were clearly a malicious attempt to undermine my ability to obtain a refund under their advertised 60 day money back guarantee. This is false advertising and deceptive business practice. I would like a full refund of my purchase price, and I am happy to return their product to them under the money back guarantee they advertised.
