    Disgusting practices. NO RETURN/REFUND. Guarantee states 60 days no questions refund same day. An absolute LIE. Not a single pound lost. Correspondence from company continued to say use the product. NO REFUND and no response after continuous email requests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I even attempted to exercise more, drink more water to help the process of weight loss. It states you don't have to change anything in eating. NOT A POUND LOST IN 30 DAYS.

    On December 15, 2024, I ordered 6 bottles of AppleDrops for $311.93 from Happier Health in ******, **. I soon realized that I should not have ordered them and wrote my first e-mail to the company on December 21, 2024. From that date until my last e-mail on June 17, 2025, to ********, I have been trying to receive confirmation from this company of the exact address I should use to return the unused bottles and confirmation that they will refund my money. During the past six months, I have sent numerous emails to the Apple Drops Team and ***, who I assume is the owner. They have said they would work with me to use the drops appropriately, and I did give them a try. However, in the end, I did not feel that they were working for me and asked for the correct address to return them. I never received the address or confirmation that I would receive a refund. On numerous occasions I called their offices but could not reach anyone so I left messages. Yet, no one ever called me back or contacted me telling me they would refund my money. Please help me resolve this so that I can receivea refund. Thank you.

    I can't even find a phone number to return this product. It is a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing 6 bottles and not losing a single pound after 1 bottle. Beware when you don't get contact information in the packaging as that is a red flag.

    Is it possible to give this company zero stars?I am certain that this company is a scam. They only have an email address to contact. When I asked how to return the unused product, they refused to answer my question regarding how to initiate a return. They just kept asking why I wasn't happy with the product. They have no website that I could find. The product came to me via social media and is seemingly predatory.

    I ordered Apple Drops and received the 5 bottles. I was charged for all 5 but eventually got a refund on one bottle as advertised when I ordered. One was offered for free. After taking the Drops I experienced severe Gastro issues. After speaking to a customer service *** I returned the 4 bottles unopened and was assured a refund because of money back 30 day guarantee. I have the tracking number that shows they received the 4 bottles back. My refund has never been resolved. The customer service **** number only goes to Voicemail for weeks. I have a email address at *********************************, the emails I receive keep asking for the same info I have been sending for weeks. Dont use Apple Drops it is a scam . What should I do next?
