    I have been trying since ******** emailed 20 emails, I have gotten answers and told they will refund. I definitely was within time limit for refund. I am in it for $505.44 through ******. A lot of money that I can't afford. Mine would be zero for this company as well.

    I tried to speak to *** at *************************** but all I get is to try this product a different way I am not will to do so. It is not worth purchasing this product by any cost will will not work I am out a years worth of money....

    So much for truth in advertising. BE AWARE: Apple Drops does NOT honor their refund policy despite the heartfelt support mumbo jumbo response to my request. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. ZERO stars is my REAL experience.

    Apple Drops: I have trying to get information on a return/refund since June, as this product did not work for me. There is no way to call anyone, and I have been emailing asking how to return this product and get a refund with no response at all. I feel like I have been scammed.

    I bought $300 worth of Apple Drops for my son, to help him lose weight. The ad said "100% Satisfaction 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. We believe in guaranteeing our results and we want to make this purchase entirely risk free for you. Thats why if you try Apple Drops Max and dont notice a difference in the first 60 daysWell give you your money back, no questions asked!" They didn't work for my son and instead of sending me the refund, the owner, ***, kept asking me how my son used them. I spoke with my son and he used them as directed, but *** kept asking me. I mailed the Apple Drops on 4/18 back, so it certainly should have gotten to them. On 4/29, *** asked me for the tracking number, which I mailed to him the nest day. On 4/30, he resonded with, "Thank you for reaching out and for sending the documentation I really appreciate your patience!I want to let you know that our system is currently a bit overloaded, but as soon as the returns are fully processed on our end, your refunds will be issued accordingly.Please rest assured, well make sure everything is taken care of, and Ill personally keep an eye on it to make sure your refund goes through without issues." On 6/7, I emailed him again. I emailed him repeatedly from then to 7/8, and he still refuses to respond. He owes me $300!

    Disgusting practices. NO RETURN/REFUND. Guarantee states 60 days no questions refund same day. An absolute LIE. Not a single pound lost. Correspondence from company continued to say use the product. NO REFUND and no response after continuous email requests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I even attempted to exercise more, drink more water to help the process of weight loss. It states you don't have to change anything in eating. NOT A POUND LOST IN 30 DAYS.

    On December 15, 2024, I ordered 6 bottles of AppleDrops for $311.93 from Happier Health in ******, **. I soon realized that I should not have ordered them and wrote my first e-mail to the company on December 21, 2024. From that date until my last e-mail on June 17, 2025, to ********, I have been trying to receive confirmation from this company of the exact address I should use to return the unused bottles and confirmation that they will refund my money. During the past six months, I have sent numerous emails to the Apple Drops Team and ***, who I assume is the owner. They have said they would work with me to use the drops appropriately, and I did give them a try. However, in the end, I did not feel that they were working for me and asked for the correct address to return them. I never received the address or confirmation that I would receive a refund. On numerous occasions I called their offices but could not reach anyone so I left messages. Yet, no one ever called me back or contacted me telling me they would refund my money. Please help me resolve this so that I can receivea refund. Thank you.

    I can't even find a phone number to return this product. It is a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing 6 bottles and not losing a single pound after 1 bottle. Beware when you don't get contact information in the packaging as that is a red flag.

    Is it possible to give this company zero stars?I am certain that this company is a scam. They only have an email address to contact. When I asked how to return the unused product, they refused to answer my question regarding how to initiate a return. They just kept asking why I wasn't happy with the product. They have no website that I could find. The product came to me via social media and is seemingly predatory.
