1 starI paid $177 for three bottles of Kerassentials on May 12, 2023, in response to a presentation I viewed online by ***********************************(I did not start the treatment immediately, as I like to wear nail polish over the summer to cover up my unsightly toes, so finally got to it four months later.)As there were no instructions, I emailed the company for directions of use. They responded with very thorough instructions - unlike ********************* presentation - namely that the oil should be applied FOUR TIMES a day!!!! I had already started applying the two times a day, but as soon as I read FOUR TIMES a day, I stopped, as it became clear I was going to fail.My main complaint and claim of fraud is that ********************* presentation should have at least mentioned, if not emphasized that one had to dedicate a regimen of applying Kerassentials FOUR TIMES a day (or at the very least this heads up should have been included in instructions in the shipment) who has that time??? not I, and had it been disclosed that one had to apply it FOUR TIMES A DAY (to have a chance of being successful with their product), I would have never have bought this product!I was out of the 60-day money back guarantee, but reading other reviews, looks like that would guarantee would have been fraudulent as well.Quite absurd, I looked on their website and saw no opportunity to leave a comment. Googling to find another place to leave a comment, on geekshealth, they wrote:Kerassentials Customer Reviews - This essential oil has tons of positive rating as well as negative ones from customers.(I linked to above and it was to Kerassentials website again, where they have exactly three five-star reviews; reading geekshealth further, they say it appears that all comments are not welcome - or at least not available.I also am grateful for BBBs work and allowing me and I see many other contributors to register not only our dissatisfaction, but our having been scammed and robbed of our $177!Review fromChristel H

1 starAfter receiving this product I was concerned about it being a possible scam, partly because the ingredients are various stable oils (almond oil, flaxseed oil, canola?), partly because I don't know any older people who can faithfully paint product on their toenails 4 times daily, partly because the bottle contains the tiniest print ever which older people could likely never read so that makes me suspicious, partly because the info-video and suddenly appearing almost daily spam emails are stuffed with feel-good hype text. I looked into this company online and found massive amounts of fake "news" and "reviews" and "scam alert" pages all proclaiming how wonderful this toenail fungus cure actually is, complete with links for easy ordering!!! -- All courtesy of Kerassentials. Fraudulent company! Finally, so thankful to discover honest reviews on the BBB website. Go Better Business Bureau- keep up the good work! Heartbreaking to read how others were scammed $600 and 12 months of faithful product use with no improvement whatsoever. I have requested my $177 back- hoping for the best. But...now I am noticing a fraudulent charge on my credit card for $157.95 posted the day after I gave Kerassentials my credit card?! Coincidence? Anyone want to buy three 0.5 oz. bottles of canola oil off me?Review fromDavid H

1 starI orderd this product on July 20. After receiving the product I immediatly started using the product. I have continued to use the product daily since receiving it. I have not seen any change in my toe nail fungus. On Aug 1st I asked for a refund of the two unused bottles of Kerassentails. I received a very wordys apology which is included: On Tue, Aug 1, 2023 at 2:11?AM [KEL] Kerassentials wrote:Hello there, Thank you for reaching out and for your patience!Satisfying our customers is very important to us and Im sorry our product didnt meet your expectations. I fully respect your decision and can only apologize for any problem you might have encountered. Please know that each metabolism reacts differently and the results might be different for each individual. There have been patients who noticed improvements after only a few days, but there have also been others who had to continue the intake for a longer period of time to see the effects.I understand how frustrating can it be to purchase a product and not be as you have imagined, so hopefully, we can get this sorted out for you. If not, Ill be happy to issue you a refund. In such a situation, here's what I suggest - we can offer you a 50% partial refund should you decide to keep the supplements. Please keep in mind that once you accept the refund, you agree to keep the item and forfeit the remainder of your money-back guarantee period.Do let me know if you'd like to proceed with the partial refund so I can issue it right away!Looking forward to your reply!Until we meet again, I wish you all the best!Your Customer Support Agent On Tue, 1 Aug at 3:01 AM , Hello, I recently received three bottles of Kerassentails. I would like to return two of them. How do I proceed with that?I simply want what they offered, my money back. It's to bad it seemed like a good product I believe this whold thing is a scam.Review fromlinda z

1 starTOENAIL FUNGUS, anyone? WARNING: After 45 min watching a 5 minute video on Kerassentials natural toenail fungus cure, typically ****** for the recommended 6 bottles, (they keep that secret in the video by the international fungus expert, with a stethoscoperound her neck) I looked for reviews. Using AI, likely, and scores of recently-posted articles from suspiciously fake-sounding organizations all touting this fungus product using the same words, I FINALLY got down to my first negative review(s) - none better than 1-star, on the good old BBBB(Better Business Bureau) site: thank The Lord you can even find the BBB anymore (Im a member, btw, just to be old school!) - since folk like Karassentisls can Apparenly pay not only ****** and ******** but even Duck Duck Go for prominent placement of fake endorsements at the top and to hide any real info- just following Dr ****** I suppose. Follow the money! Not buying any fungus fakery but wasted an hour on a busy morning in hopes Id found a cure.Review fromRandy C

1 starI spent over $300.00 for 6 bottles of this product. I followed the instructions to the * and after using 3 bottles I saw no improvement in my nails. I reached out to customer service for a refund. When they replied they told me that there was a 60 day return policy and I was past my 60days. I had read their policy before and it does say 60 days, but 3rd paragraph says the following.BEFORE you request a refund, please make sure you've given the product enough time to work for you. We usually advise all of our customers to use the product for 3 months in order for them to prove their effect on the organism before reaching a conclusion. As you can see the BEFORE is in all caps meaning this is important to give the product 3 months to work. Conveniently that puts you over the 60 day period so they can deny your request for a refund. *his company is a total scam and the product does not work at all.I want my money back, but they are refusing to do that.************Review fromRonald K

1 starAfter spending $600 for 12 bottles, I've been using this product religiously according to their directions for over 12 months with no noticeable improvement in my thick, brittle, fungal-infested toenails. The product is a scam and it's been a complete waste of my money. What's amusing is how they've begun sending me junk emails suggesting ineffective home remedies I've already tried, seemingly admitting the worthlessness of their product.Review fromMarilyn W

1 starWaste of money. Doesn't work. What a way to rip people off hoping to cure a problem. How do they keep ripping people off. They made it sound like would really work, supposedly by a doctor. *************************Review fromRobert S

1 starSales staff said severe fungus cases require 6-9 months of application. So I spent over $500 & my condition actually worsened. It spread to both big toesI I was told IF it did not clear, just contact & a refund would be issued. When contacted, (@ 9 months) I was informed 60 day guarantee- NO exceptions. It appears sales staff & legal ***** Give mixed messages!! Do Not buy this product IF you have severe fungus - their cure takes longer than their guaranteeReview fromBridget M

1 starSite overcharges product -can buy same product lower prices other sites. Purchased 6-month supply as site stressed the urgency in continued use even after apparent healed nail to prevent return growth. Rec box with each bottle individually wrapped in bubble wrap and taped securely. Had no indication I needed to unwrap and inspect EACH bottle. So by month 3 (AFTER 60-day policy ) opened bottle that was damaged w broken glass stick dampener and the product itself was suspicious -cloudy and clumped -NOT like the clear liquid the other bottles I had used were. Opened remaining 2 bottles and noticed sealed wrapper on lid had whitish film on it..these products were also damaged. I took many pictures- sealed product w/evidence; suspicious and concerned my safety I did not feel safe using them. I immediately contacted company support explaining in detail situation including pictures. 5 days later I contacted again. Response received was bc date was beyond 60 day will not do anything- adding I should have inspected each bottle. I responded reason not open didnt think needed to and asked take to supervisor and that now due to lack of product after using 3 months the entire treatment now is worthless bc I had to stop waiting on response/undamaged product..so all the money $260 spent was a complete waste of money. Responded nothing could do have blessed day. **************** arrogantly rude, not work to understand customer complaints and apparently not care. Company should back their products when its delivered damaged with customer having proof as evidence. And no improvement for months did use. The way customer support handled my complaint; the multiple damaged bottles I recd indicated this company is substandard -not reputable and innocent customers need to be warned !
