On January 23rd I placed an order with Cortexi for one bottle of their product. They promptly sent me an email confirming my order and saying the order had been shipped and included the following tracking number. **************************. The number included a link to the *** website which stated that they were awaiting the package and would update a delivery date when they received the package. After 8 days with no change to this status I sent an email to Cortexi to inquire why my package was still not delivered neither to myself or even to ***. I received a response that apologized for the delay and assured me the shipment had been made and they gave me a tracking number. It turns out the tracking number was the same one they gave me the week before and it had still not changed its status as waiting to receive the package. I responded to the email by stating the situation had not changed and I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund of my purchase of $69. I received another email in response to that which was almost identical to the first one stating the order was shipped and here is you tracking number. It was still the same number and no changes to the status on the *** website. I responded that again, as I had not received my order and it didn't look like I was ever going to, I wanted a refund. I have tinnitus, Cortexi says they cure it, also they claim ingredients on the bottle that I am very familiar with that is not at all sweet tasting yet the supposed tincture taste like grape juice and vegetable oil mixed.Business Response

*** Cortexi product which claims to eliminate Tinnitus appears to be a total HOAX. *** product did not work at all for me. Furthermore, the product is sold through Global Commerce out of ********** who is a partner in this effort to take customers money. In addition, the Cortexi marketing claims are hollow and the Global Commerce Support Team are part of the fraudulent company charade. To be specific: *** marketing claims that the formula will eliminate Tinnitus after 14 days of usage, but suggests that further gains in brain clarity will be noticed if used for a full two months, and all the changes will be permanent if used for 3 months. Living with Tinnitus is terrible so I purchased 3 months for $177. *** marketing also boasts a money back guarantee. After 10 days of use I emailed Global Commerce support to tell them that my tinnitus had not yet been relieved, but I was still excited to reach 14 days as that was the Cortexi promise. ***n I was told by return email that, contrary to what the marketing claimed, it would take 3 months before the Cortexi would relieve the tinnitus, and by the way would I like to buy more bottles. I said not at this time. I went on taking the Cortexi for just over 3 months with no improvement in my tinnitus. I emailed Global Commerce and told them I was very disappointed that the Cortexi did not work and I wanted my money back. ***n I was told the money back gaurantee expires at 2 months. I said you told me it wouldn't work till 3 months, and I wanted it to work, so why would I return it at 2 months. ***y said sorry but that;s when the warranty ends. I ordered this product for my husbands tinnitus. They claimed that he needed to *********** months worth because he had had it so long, my husband was in the Air Force and has been suffering with this infliction for many years. The order never arrived. The credit card was billed and paid , tracking shows it was shipped on 12/20/23, but it is stuck somewhere we dont know and it shows no updates. On 01/06/2024 I watched a video on ******** about this product Cortexi. Presenting the video was a man named *****************************. Seemed legit enough so I ordered the 6 bottles quoted at the discounted price per ******** verbally and the extending ad. Received confirmation on order num6GUZWTA7. Amount charged was $294.00 plus tax so $310.17 total. Received a another confirmation that my _2 orders were received. Second order number of 6GUZWTAF, So I became suspicious. I looked at my charge card to see 2 separate charges. Called the number **************, talked with a ********, Chinese sounding woman, with a dog barking in the background. more suspicion!! She claimed I had to order 6 bottles at the regular price in order to receive the 6 other bottles at discounted rate. So the first order I actually did make at $49.00 per bottle was correct. they then by their own accord added another to my order at $208.89 including tax. So what this ******** told me doesn't even add up to be correct. These items have been shipped and are in transit,( tracking number ***********************) 01/08/2024 so I'm forced to wait till they arrive. I will then call for a full refund, which by the way ******** states has to be done within 48 hours. According to ad you can return anytime with a full refund. On 10/13/23 I spoke with ************************* at Cortexi about the products. He explained them to me and stated he would send a 6 month supply with the provision that if after taking them for 60 days with no improvement that all products could be returned for a refund. I called Cortexi on 1/2/24 after the 60 days to tell them I had no improvement and that I was returning all the unused products as I was instructed to do. The man referred me to customer service so they could get my order number and see if I was eligible for a refund. I got an email from customer service stating that I had not returned the products before the 60 days was over so I was not due a refund. I emailed them and told them that I was told to take them for 60 days and then return them if no improvement. They ignored my email. I told them I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I got an email telling me to return the products and send them the tracking number which I did. The products were received by Cortexi on 1/8/24. I emailed them and told them they had received the products back and I would be waiting for my refund. They responded with the same "not eligible for refund as products were not returned within 60 days." Why did they tell me to return the products and then give me the same denial reason. They have contacted me and told me that they received the package but I provided them with an invalid tracking number. I sent them a pic of the tracking number and when they sent me a message back they clearly wrote down the wrong tracking number. I sent them back a screen shot of the tracking history that clearly has the tracking number on it. Also the receipt and the tracking number that I got from the post office. Tried this product (Cortexi) along with two additional supplements **************** they convinced me into purchasing( I fell for their sales pitch looking for the miracle cure)and I noticed no change whatsoever from previous tinnitus symptoms after using for 2 months. Contacted them about their guaranteed 60 day refund, but unfortunately I was over by two days and they refused to refund my money. I believe after 60 days of use, it does nothing for tinnitus. If you dare try their product(s), make sure you notify them well before the 60th day if you are thinking of returning their worthless product(s). Was told it may take 3 months to notice results, but their refund policy is 60 days.
