Horrible experience! He butchered my tree!Andy told me he would arrive at 10:00. He arrived at 8:50 while I was not home and proceeded to remove a lot of the large major branches instead of trimming the ends as I had requested. I told him what I wanted done (a couple months before while scheduling this). I needed just ONE large branch removed that was completely horizontal across the yard and driveway. I said the ends needed to be trimmed andNOT taking off a lot of the large branches! He was not harnessed and simply cut off a ton of large healthy limbs at the trunk and also many of the smaller healthy ones and did not trim the ends.leaving the tree totally decimated and uneven. I got home after he had cut many of the limbs. I was shocked and went into my home to talk to a neighbor. After coming back outside he cut a huge limb breaking my large walkway paver and completely shaved half the tree leaving NO shade for my lawn or driveway and leaving the tree unbalanced. Much of my lawn is ruined and burnt due to his negligence with eliminating any shade by removing a lot of the large branches. My neighbor said he had changed the ecosystem of the front yard from shady, cool, and green to hot and unbearable. He left a large limb close to my house. Not trimming the end at all and leaving it close to my house. He left two large dead branches that fell onto the walkway two days later because he did not remove them and there were no branches left to stop their fall. I am devastated. He decimated my beautiful 46 year old tree that I had trimmed yearly and fertilized 3 times a year. Absolutely devastated!
