I've been receiving multiple calls despite sending a request of debt validation via certified mail. The letter was received as when I spoke to an agent he mentioned my account was a do not contact. The calls stopped for 32 days before starting again.I never received a response to my certified letter, and according to a different agent the address listed online is wrong (correct address btw is PO Box *****, *********, ** *****). I have proof the debt was originally paid and this was submitted to a previous debt agency.The final person I spoke to was condescending and became irritated when I asked her to speak up and slower because she was going to fast for me to understand.Review from Eloina V

Wakefield & associates, reporting me with one collection to my credit report that affected my credit score to hard, they cant do that because that money they said I owe them its not true because my kids have a ******** they pay all the bills from hospital, they are not allowed to put me on collections so I really need they removed this account because I dont have any account with them, they call me every day thats crazy how they can do that ? I have 12 months fighting with them and they refuse to remove that collection they said I have to pay , I told them Im not because I didnt owe them anythingReview from Eric S

I talked to a gentleman six months back about him being able to get this taken care of . I looked up the numbers and they come back as permanently closed. I reported this to the credit bureau. I have not got a response. I was wanting to pay the bill off last month and got nothing. No one to talk to but they reported again in February. Makes no sense ... The company has illegally reported a collection debt to the credit bureaus in my name. The alleged original creditors ****, PLC is not a company I have ever done business with. The company has not provided validation of this alleged debt (because it does not exist); yet, they continue with their scam tactics. They are violating the federal FDCP Act, which is civil; however, their actions appear to be criminal as well. Everyone should be alerted: the state licensing them, the **** BBB, Ripoff reported, every social media outlet and the general public. Personally, I am reaching out to BBB giving the company 5 business days to retract the lies they've reported, because I know exactly what to do.Review from Megan C

I keep getting phone calls multiple times a week from this company for a nonexistent account. The first time I returned a phone call to inquire about the Debt I got hung up on because I would not verify my information. I Started receiving phone calls again and return the phone call for the second time and was told that I had no active accounts and when I inquired about why they were calling they could not give me an answer. I was then told I would be placed on the do not call list. Then the phone calls started again. I returned the phone call for the third time and I stated that I did not have an account and I was supposed to be on the do not call list and asked again why are they calling me and he still cannot give me an answer. He then stated he would put my phone number down as the wrong phone number. I have gotten no answers as to why they keep calling and repeated harassment from this company for an account that does not exist.Review from Claire B

This company keeps sending me text messages saying I owe money. Yet, they refuse to send a letter. It seems like a scam. I told them if I owed them money to send me documentation. They kept asking for my personal information. I refused to give them details.Review from Rik H

I have been contacted about a debt collection in my name from ******** **** for a ambulance company in which I have never rode in an ambulance nor have I even left my home state ********** in more than 10 years I believe I am either being scammed or a victim of identity theft/fraud they gave me the info on the ambulance company I called them they sent me to a billing company that they used for 3 months in 2020 so not even their current billing agency what can I doReview from Lisa N

Would leave zero stars. No information about the supposed debt via mail or even who they are contacting left I. Voice mail Just calls. This company needs to be investigated and leave people alone. Time for them to be put out of business.Review from Dyana M

Keeps calling to verify, I set up a payment arrangement but they will not combine the bill together. It is very difficult to set up a payment arrangement, as they have two different websites to pay on that so not communicate with each other. The bill amount was exactly the same but I need to pay it twice every month. This sounds like a scam and has caused so many issues.
