      I placed a subscription order last week. Today I received a false email stating my order has been delayed and that they will give me a 15% off promo code to compensate for the error. There was no coupon code on the email. I still did not receive a tracking number. Their customer service is the worst. They were not able to expedite a new order yet my order was still pending fulfillment. Dr ********************** is not available at most pet stores so this is a huge inconvenience. I would give no starts if I could. Dr ********************** customer service team is also very rude.

      My dog's really like this food and I think it's a great food. I just wish that they could do a different flavor because when I smell it, it does seem awfully rich and let me tell you I've been through the farmers dog, I've been through all kinds of foods and this is my dog's favorite but some nights, they don't like it so I. Want to stick to it like I said it seems like a great dog food. I give it 5 stars, but they should do another flavor like a chicken. Maybe so that our dogs have options different nights. They can have something different because my dogs do get bored with it and like I said, I think it's really rich if anybody else out there agrees with me. Let's start asking them to do a different flavor because I think it would be great.Just for our dogs to have more of an option.And I guess that's it.Just you know, maybe a chicken one?Because my dogs love chicken.But other than that is a great food.I love it.Just please make another flavor thank you

      Shipping scam. i pad for the food 20+ days ago, and they have some janky tracking system, not typical US tracking. Every 3 days it says it will be delivered only to not be delivered, and put 3 more days out. I have called them 4 times about this as it stands and the last time i told the girl i was going to dispute the charge with my bank and all of a sudden i got a **** notice only for that to also go nowhere! I have fallen for a chinese scam and i know how the shell game shipping scam goes and this is it. DO NOT BUY FROM this website!

      My Dog loves Dr ********************** freeze dried kibbles and liver treats. We are our 3rd order now and ***'s itching has almost gone completely away. I don't understand the complaints about dogs not liking it. *** stands and waits for it. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is expensive. I mix 1/3 of Dr ********************** dog food with 2/3rds of ***'s regular kibbles. *** is almost 9 years old and about 60 lbs.

      I canceled my subscription and they continued sending me another supply box and charged me again. Completely theft on this companies behalf. I never reordered. Im ****** and now I have to reverse the charge through my credit card company and I have to call their customer service to complain. What a giant hassle.

      My dog had colitis and I was at my wits end. I tried everything to help her recover. I have given her this food exclusively for 6 months because when I tried a sample bag, her symptoms subsided. I have seen negative reviews and complaints, but I have only had a positive experience with the food and the company. In fact recently, I noticed my delivery address was incorrect, and the woman in customer service was so pleasant and so helpful it just added to my personal positive experience with Dr. ***********************

      The ordering site is by far the worse I have ever had to deal with Click on an order, follow the instructions and then it says not found Call them and same problem Please fix your site!I finally gave up and probably will never order from then again, which certainly isn't fair to my poor dog,but I can't handle the emotional stress it gives me

      It is impossible to cancel a subscription with this company. I started a subscription back in April more or less and I canceled it in May on my account. I received a verification of cancellation and thought it was done. However, the following month I was billed again for three more bags that by the way I never received. I logged into my account again and sure enough it said I had no subscriptions. I then called the company and spoke to a lady who told me I had to cancel through PayPal or they would automatically debit my account and send them my money. I know for a fact that this is not true. PayPal will not automatically send somebody money every month without being billed. I Stated this to the woman I was talking to and she insisted I had to cancel through PayPal. I went onto the Paypal site and did try to cancel, but it will tell you to speak with the company first and if there are any issues I can file a dispute. She issued me a refund and guaranteed me I would not be charged again. Lo and behold the following month I was billed yet again. Once again, I logged into my account and verified I had no subscriptions. This time I did not bother to call them. I went straight ahead and filed a dispute with PayPal. Luckily for me, I keep emails and take screenshots when I cancel an order in case I do not get an email confirmation. This is all Paypal needs to side with me. While Paypal is still doing their investigation, I get an email from the company stating that they cannot refund me anymore because I filed a dispute. I then contacted ****** and gave them a screenshot of the email. The next day I get an email from the company stating that they will refund me and that I should have canceled the order through their website rather than through PayPal. I did both or at least tried. Make up your minds scammers. This is why I ALWAYS use Paypal. Im protected. Im sure I havent heard the last of it. We will see in the next few months.
