2 starsAll 3 of my dogs love this food, but after buying this food for over 5 years consistently (no subscription), the company started to just refund my orders and would not take orders from me for more food. I don't know if they have a supply chain issue or what. So then my wife created an account and they sent her food for about one year ( not subscription ) before they started refunding her orders as well and would not sell her food any more either. This is a ridiculous business practice to not sell food to your loyal customers in favor of maybe selling food to new customers first??? The reviews about the subscriptions for this company just make me think the business practices of this company are even worse! It's really a shame because the food itself actually seems to be quite good. Calling customer support is no help as they just tell you to send email to support, and when you send email to support, they simply will not answer. So the company REMOVEDits loyal customers in order to supply food for new customers only? I don't get it. A horrible business model and such a shame for what is essentially a pretty good product.Dr. Marty Pets

1 starI have a monthly subscription for Free and Active for my dog. NEVER has the next month's product arrived even close to " on time". My pet can go weeks without while they restock. Every month I get back order notice. The aggravation is not worth the product. With having subscription holders, why is demand ALWAYS higher than expected? They always know that our orders are needed so why run out for subscription holders every month.Dr. Marty Pets

Just so Dr. REMOVEDknows....my order is on "back order" AGAIN. Just received ANOTHER notice that demand is more than expected. HOW???? You have hundreds if not thousands of subscribers. HOW CAN YOU NOT BE PREPARED FOR DEMAND when you have dedicated subscribers? PLEASE explain this to us. You should be looking to hire staff that understands the PURPOSE OF SUBSCRIBERS is to have a steady business. We ARE here....where is our product? 1 starWhen you read that you will be able to get a full refund for your pets food, before the 90 days that you have to evaluate the efficacy of the product, if you find the product did NOT improve any of several listed characteristicsSAVE YOUR EMPTY BAGS, BOXES, AND INVOICES! Youll have to return everything if you want to get a refund. No one advises you of this when you place your order. How many people do you know who keep all their empty pet food containers for 90 days? If you manage to decide early on that youll be returning any product, be forewarned that you must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION first AND youll be responsible for postage, insurance, etc. However, if you find that its looking like a lot of inconvenience, you can elect to keep any product for a 30% refund. That covers about one bag of food. I spoke at length with one customer service REMOVEDwho seemed to have difficulty understanding that I was confused about the refund process. He couldnt verify that its stated anywhere that ALL the empty bags had to be returned in order to get a refund. The website says that Dr REMOVEDwill give a full refund up to the 90 days you have to evaluate the food. The second REMOVEDresentative actually disconnected the live chat while I was typing in another question! The third REMOVEDresentative echoed the same process as the first guy. I have canceled my membership for any further shipments of Dr REMOVEDpet food. It did not improve our dogs health in any way, BUT it sure did cause them to have excessive, really smelly gas! I have a whole box and a half (we tried the food for several weeks to be sure there was ample time for the dogs digestive systems to adapt) but decided to take the 30% refund just to be done with it, so I guess well just donate it to the REMOVEDWe certainly do not want the gassy results when our holiday guests are here!Dr. Marty Pets

1 starOver 6 years ago I started using REMOVEDpro powder plus. It was fantastic it helped our one dog Lexi. We used it for the first year of her life then she was fantastic after that so we decided just for all of our dogs to stay healthy all of them would get it. We have three fur babies. To make a long story short I'm a repeated customer I went over the REMOVEDreturn policy but I wasn't going to ask for a refund then I got so furious with the product change that I said it's ridiculous I'm throwing money in the garbage. I reached out to see if the company would do anything to compensate me since I have ordered multiple times, nope. To keep this on the short side it never made my dog sick before and it did three separate times now. The product looks different smells different and the description is different. This is no longer REMOVEDPlus I don't know what's in this jar. There was Zero change for my dogs breath, bowel movements, and my oldest dogs energy. I also noticed that I had a pet profile when I first started REMOVEDI also had a subscription and all of a sudden when I noticed the product changed all of my information disappeared as well?? I will no longer order from this company I feel like somebody else bought it and they're trying to sell it off like it's so REMOVEDand it's not. The proof was in with the product. 1 starThis is the 2nd time I've ordered and got set up for auto delivery. The product is good but I only order when needed and have used the product for several years. But once again, they debited my account for $178 for 6 bags of food ($29+ per bag of the freeze dried food... crazy!) Plus I still have 4 bags left in my pantry. I didn't need the food NOR the expense to my bank account. They do not care that I've been an ongoing customer.Dr. Marty Pets
