      I was gonna order and try this dog food for my dog, but looking at the reviews no way, not being able to cancel a continuing order, returning it on your dime the dog not even going near or touching it from the smell. Sorry you lost a customer.

      Ou dog would not eat a single morsel of the freeze-dried raw food. Company has ignored requests for return label and a refund !!!

      I like the product. Our dog likes his food. When I ordered 6 bags the web site said I would get a discount.. This discount was showing as applied on my screen, I hit order. On the confirmation screen, the discount was no longer applied. When I contacted the company via chat, their response was sorry I will report your complaint. I see this complaint on other reviews.. I have been a customer for over a year. Obviously they don’t care about customer retention.

      Ordered 3 bags of dog food for my 18 year old puppy as it seemed to be the best deal. I followed the directions trying different ways to introduce food. Not only would he not go near it but when mixed with food he liked, he wouldn't eat that either. Contacted them with questions about returning. Not all were answered. After second time questioning, got response that all bags needed to be returned, opened or not, therefore causing more money in postage to resend. They said they needed to account for each bag. Return shipping is on the customer. PO gave me the cheapest way to return and I spent between 1/3 and 1/2 of the cost of the food. This depends on where you are sending it ******* buyer beware that you really don't get all your money back. Other people I know who had had to return other dog foods only require that the empty bags be returned and the food can be dumped, therefore saving money on return postage. That is more fair than Dr ********************** approach.Very disappointed.

      My dog loves the dry raw dog food. This is the first thing he goes too if I put out multiple food to choose from. My only small issue is the price of the dog food, very expensive.

      Ordered three bags of Tilly treats (one time ) in Feb.for $38.85 Delivered on time for agreed price. Ordered again(3 bags) (no subscription) in April $38.85 Received 7 bags, one bag for $59.80, and three additional for an additional $38.85. AND the three I ordered!!! I then received notice that a subscription order for 3 bags of Natural Essential Wellness food for $***** had shipped. When I complained via chat, I explained that I never ordered Dog food, and tried to stop delivery. Was told "nothing we can do"....I demanded a return label and cancelled the subscription, I never ordered, they bargained and offered a discount. I now have to PAY to return the soon to be delivered dog food that I never ordered!!! I NEVER SUBSCRIBED to anyting, but when they receive the dog food back,(not treats) they will refund my $ ***** Im sooo disappointed, BEWARE!

      Believed Dr. Marty's video, making healthy food, however our dog ended up with a heart problem, cardiomyopathy and bad teeth. Cardiologist said studies shows any food that contains peas, lentils, chickpeas, dry beans and white/sweet potatoes carries a risk for heart muscle damage. Pea protein, pea flour, pea dust any pea product should be avoided. Dr. Marty's has some of these and we IMMEDIATELY took our dog off this food!

      I like the product. Our dog loves his food. But when I signed up for a subscription, I applied a discount code to save 10%. This discount was showing as applied on my screen, I hit order. On the confirmation screen, the discount was no longer applied. When I called, they said they cannot put a discount on a subscription. That's fine, but don't show it as being applied. They apologized for the confusion. But that's not confusion. That is intentional deceit.

      I have requested to be taken off the mailing list 3 times. I still receive the emails despite the fact that I informed them that I dont have a pet. This is very annoying.
