Welcome to Trusted Legal Document Services, Inc. Our mission is to help our clients through the legal document process in an efficient, safe and professional manner. With over twenty years of corporate experience, we can assist you with any situation.
We assist our clients in the preparation of legal documents for uncontested legal matters, those in which parties are in agreement about the division of property, divorce, etc. Many people who come to us are frustrated, having given up on do-it-yourself processes.
We are not a law firm; therefore, we do not give legal advice or represent you in court. We guide our clients, assisting them with the legal forms. We also file the forms to streamline the process. Our fees are significantly lower than those of attorneys. We like to think we're making the justice system accessible to everyone.
We have filed a bond and registered as a legal document assistant (LDA) in each county where we will perform services on your behalf. We are in compliance with self-help service as defined by the Business and Professions Code Section 6400.
