      3/27/24 - Purchased two Tool Boxes, and an Inside Track Membership only because it was required for the discount. The two boxes were "In-Stock" but would *********** weeks to get.4/1/24 - Email from Harbor Freight (HF) that it is on backorder (**). Called local HF store to find out if the ** is in addition to the normal wait time, they said no.4/2/24 - Called HF store to let them know order was cancelled by HF, and they said it was a mess up on their end and I could re-order or wait for a credit. 4/4/24 - Received two more emails from HF saying the order was cancelled.4/11/24 - Called HF to get status of credit to my CC, they said it was processed on 4/3/24. It was not.This began a series of calls to HF and **** of America (BoA) which has ended in a call to HF ****************.4/17/24 - HF **************** first stated that the refund was issued in cash. then they changed their minds saying they are not issuing refunds because their computer is not letting them... for the last two weeks? That was their final word. So they have essentially decided that they will take orders on charge, cancel the orders and refuse to refund the customer's money!There are many more calls that took place but they are just passing me around and will not let me talk to a manager or higher.       Yesterday 4/15/24. I purchased a workbench at Harbor Freight Tools in ***************. I drove an hour to get there. I got home and began assembly of the workbench, got 3/4 of the way done before realizing that there were 6 bolts and 6 nuts missing. I called the ***** number that was for missing parts only to be told that they don't supply missing parts. I was told that I'd have to return it. I checked the bad reviews on their site about this product and they have known about these workbenches missing parts for over a year but are still selling them. They won't give you the missing parts and expect you to disassemble it and return it to the store instead. I want the missing parts.

      Today I reviewed my equifax credit report, and I found a report of a 30 late from harbor freight credit, which was recorded for the month of September, 2022.I called the contact number at **************.at 12:31pm, and the call last 11 minutes. I asked the representative to verify the accuracy of the late payment report. He told me that he could not find any report that I was late. I asked him if he could clean remove the report from my credit report as it is hurting my credit score. He asked why he should remove it if I was late. I said that he had just told me that I was not late according to his records. He promptly hng up on me.Look, Harbor Freight Credit has a reason for staining my credit rating nearly 2 years ago, I understand, however they have no business hanging up on a customer and refusing to return the call. It takes little effort for them to hurt a person's credit rating, and it cant take that much effort to correct it. Please help!

      I purchased a icon tool chest and hutch from harbor freight tools and I was told it would take three weeks for delivery. Now it's been 5 weeks and still not delivered. I called and spoke to customer service 3 times and they tell me they have put a note in the computer and they would call me back but they never do.i just want the item I purchased.

      I PURCHASED TWO 1 QUART BODY FILLER "BONDO MARCH 17, BECAUSE MY MECHANIC COULD NOT DO THE **** I WENT TO THE STORE ON MARCH THE 26 TO RETURN THE UNUSED PRODUCT AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS COMPANY POLICY NOT TO REFUND THIS PRODUCT. I THAN ASK WERE IS THAT STATED AT THE PRODUCT OR IN THE STORE AT THE COUNTER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT POSTED, THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU TRY AND RETURN IT. TOLD THEM THAT IF A ITEM CAN NOT BE RETURNED, THE CONSUMER SHOULD ALWAYS KNOW BEFORE THE PURCHASE.

      We purchased the largest greenhouse harbor freight has to offer. After finallt getting it all together, we had the slightest bit of wind and it all came down. The protect is defective and the company is refusing to do anything about it. Had I had been in it, I could have sustained serious injuries! Theyre refusing to take responsibility. They will not send a new one or offer any form of refund. Theyre only offering to let us spend more money to buy parts. Unacceptable!

My home us sharply moving back and forth while me and my family were inside home.. Trespassers won't leave. *********************** is one of trespassers with stay away instructions court orders from my home.12 On Wed, Jan 31, 2024, 8:28 PM, persons put power pole underneath my home at ********************************* and is electricuding my floor when my family and I were inside home. Same persons took out heating gas line underneath my home.13 On Wed, Jan 31, 2024, 9:20 AM, ************************* (*******************) unlawfully entered underneath my home at **************************************************** threatening a detonated bomb and holding a gun while me and my family were inside home. He is a old white guy and trespassing officers are treating him like an old man needing assistance.14 January 28, 2024, persons use telephone crane on service road underneath **************************** to stuff alot if items to electricude me and my family underneath my home at ***************************************. ***********************************, ***************************, and ************************* are amongst persons.(2)Around 2009, ********* presented himself with Harbor Freight at home I own at ****************************************************************. ********* indicated that he worked for City of *********. Parties covered stairs with concrete in front of *********************************, where sidewalk is located.Since, many problems have erupted.1 August 17, 2023, four days in a row, person and Schumer (**********) across street from me at ***************************************, put hydraulics jacks in front of my home to push my home off foundation and downhill. Trespassers have occupied downward entry to underneath **************, ************. I am unable to get underneath my home.Trespassers are going underneath my home and doing drugs, shaking my home.2 July 27, 2023, Person named ***************************** unlawfully entered ***************************************. ******* had someone take out support beam over old stop light on **********************************. 3 July 29, 2023, person illegally camping and unlawfully entered ***************************************, named ******************* and ***************************** manuevered girder riser control underneath ***************************************. Control is for girder underneath my home at **************************************. Week before, same persons did this to lift my home off its foundation to fall my home downhill in ******, while my family and I were inside home. Persons did not have leases or rental agreement to be there. Persons appear to be doing this for drugs from someone.I don't want anyone to maneuver girder underneath my home. It is worst feeling in the world to have trespasser manipulating your girder with your family inside. ---Light pole in front of **************************************************************** is bent apparently from widening of street. In front of *********************************, concrete was pulled up by City of *********. Fire hydrant would apparently bend as well.RELIEF April 4, 2024, ********* claimed City of Oceanside and Harbor Freight loaned him tools to complete job. Several times since Harbor Freight has contacted me asking for money In 2024, City of Oceanside claimed no responsibility for covering stairs or indicated that it had to be done. I want my stairs to be uncovered and accessible from my backyard. East outside wall underneath my bedroom concreted with door I am able to open. This should prevent further problems.I bought my home at **************************************************** with stairs from backyard, not covered stairs. I want to be refunded and compensated for home losses. I was swindled and frauded.

      Email offer states 15% off. NO EXCLUSIONS. When reading the small print below the offer there are a whole list of exclusions. This is a clearly misleading by first stating NO EXCLUSIONS and then adding exclusions at the bottom in small print listing exclusions! I have called Harbor Freight in the past asking them to please refrain from this practice and still see this tactic being used in a way to lure customers into their store.

      On March 23,2024 ,I purchase a backpack sprayer from Harbor Freight in *********** **. During the time and check out, I asked the cashier is this a good product she said yes she said you have 30 days to return if its a problem with it.During the time and check out, I asked the cashier is this a good product she said yes she said you have 30 days to return if its a problem with it I took the spray home and I put it all together and I put water to test it not knowing that it was not gonna work properly. I remember the cashier told me he had 30 days to return if its any problem with so I empty the water out, placed the spray back in the box, took it up to Harbor freight on Monday. I was met at the door one of the cashiers tell me you cant bring them back here you need to read your receipt I said well can I speak with a manager manager came forward. She said you need to reach your receipt states on there once the box is open, you cant return anything I said wants to know that it wasnt gonna work properly. She said you need to call the number for assistance I said where do you have a corporate number that I can make a complaint so one of the other women cashier handed me a number I call the number they said they have seven days to review I dont think this right did you purchase a merchandise that is not working properly take it take me through all of this when I was told you have 30 days to return the product doesnt work for you .

      A few days ago, I was told by a Harbor Freight employee that I would get a coupon for 25% off my next order if I bought their Inside Track membership. I haven't received any such coupon.
