      I used to be a loyal customer. Until today. I bought a ***** backpack sprayer on the 18th of April 2024 already broke it was used for 3 business days today is April 24. I took it back to the store. I was told essentially tough luck. No I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. This establishment did not let me pay them 2 weeks later. The return policy it's unfair I work as a pest control tech, this is how I feed my family. That piece of equipment is essential for my job. ITS MY Livelihood, it's how I pay my bill, it's how I feed my family. Y'all sold me a piece of faulty equipment. I don't have money to spend ***** nilly. I expected better. I'll sacrifice me eating so I can spend more money that I don't have. This was so disappointing that I will never touch another one of this stores ever again and I'll make sure anyone I know to stay away. Ohh and what do I do with a brand new battery I need my money back for that as well.

      Harbor freight super coupon ******** is printed as in store or online buying. I tried to purchase online and they wouldnt allow it. This is false advertising and I also went to the store 2 hours after the sale started and surprise they didnt have any. Not any available in whole area. This was just a scam to get me into the store. Pretty sad for a business to false advertise.

      I got charge of $40 restocking fee and also them incorrectly giving me the original amount due to they said taxes. I've returned a paint sprayer when it sprayed all over my house in three different directions like putting the jet setting on your hose. I even cleaned the the hunter machine had the original box and they still charged me a $40 restocking fee for an item that came broken. When I went to go to customer service and complain about the restocking fee and then correct amount they gave me in return they said they're sorry there's nothing they can do and they listed reasons of why they couldn't do it but how can you stand by your products if it breaks within the first month even less than that and you charge me to restock it. Terrible I'll never go there again

      Purchased a defective product from Harbor Freight in ******, *****. Upon opening the box I could see that the item handle was broken off and a part was missing. I purchased another one at ******* and returned the Harbor Freight one that was defective and part missing. There I was informed I had to pay a "Restocking Fee" even if the item was defective and a part was missing. I was upset that they did not care if it was defective or had a part missing, it was "Policy" that they charge a 20% restocking fee.I want to find a class action lawsuit that I can join instead of filing a local lawsuit.In principle, not only does it seem as though we, as customers, are being test dummies for a corporation. They cannot lose.

      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCUM BAG SHIFT MANAGER, AND A STORE MANAGER THAT NEVER REACHES OUT - GO TO ****** INSTEAD AS THEY ARE LESS THAN AN 1/8TH OF A MILE UP THE ***** If you want to be treated like a scumbag by an even bigger scumbag, visit this Harbor Freight and get stuck dealing with their shift manager. I purchased a worktable from Harbor Freight and the drawer slide fell apart. I called the store and spoke to a real ignorant dirt bag. He told me straight away that he was refusing to help me. I asked him to check with the actual store manager and he said no because the store manager would tell me the same thing. I then asked him how corporate, or his store manager would feel about him speaking for them and he said he did not care because even corporate would tell me the same thing. I asked how long he was a shift manager there and he said one-year. I then got ****** off and told him that an actual person in management who cared about the customer would ask for the name and number of the person calling and simply say "I'm sorry sir, I am unable to assist you at this time due to the inability to predict what the company that manufactures the table would say, but if you'd like to, please provide me with your name and number and I'll make sure the store manager gets your message. And if he does not call you please call back and ask for me so i can be sure you are being taken care of". ****, instead this guy refused to take my information and was a smug scumbag. So since ****** is up the road go there and do not waste your time by going to Harbor Freight. I did call their corporate office and they provided me with a lead where I could purchase another drawer slide, but it was not the right one. AND the store manager never called me.

      I've never shopped or done business with this company and I use the term loosely. I've tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list but you can't click on unsubscribe or reply to the spam email.

      Buyer beware! Coupons are misleading. Recent coupon stated 15% off. NO EXCEPTIONS. On the same coupon in very small print it has a whole list of EXCEPTIONS! Very misleading and I have filed a complaint on BBB and FTC. Im tired of seeing these coupons stating one thing in large print just to find its a scam just to get you to waste my time driving to town.

      Horrible company who refuse to take responsibility despite how much money you may spend, how long you wait for delivery (6 months for expensive TOOL CHEST), or how a store represented the product! NEVER BUY THE EXPENSIVE ICON TOOL CHESTS - Harbor Freight takes no responsibility even though they TAKE YOUR MONEY. Any problem, they give you a 800 number to call.

      Harbor Freight in ****** made it obvious to me that their standard operating procedures and company policies take precedence over customer satisfaction or having a repeat customer. I recently bought a ****** Nail gun from the store in which I wanted to use on a time sensitive project with a tight budget. Right out of the box the seals were bad and it never fired one nail. At the time of purchase, they had let me know that I could exchange or return the gun with a restocking fee when I bought it. Unfortunately they had no more in stock. So my options were to spend more money (what if that one is broken?) or pay a 20% restocking fee to return it. Can you imagine buying a broken piece of equipment and the store telling you, we can return it but you have to pay us to take it back. Wow! Bottom line, I was unable to return a piece of equipment that was faulty right out of the box without paying them for MY INCONVENIENCE. I understand why they have this policy in place so that people do not buy equipment, use it on a project, and then return it. That makes sense to me but those people who dont do that kind of thing, pay the price. What a shame. Both my wife and I spoke with ***** and ******, store managers, about the scenario multiple times. Their standard turn of phrase was to call the customer service line which requires you to be on the line for half an hour or more. What an inconvenience. I was highly disappointed in the service I received and was sickened by the standard sorry that is our policy robotic phrase. Harbor Freight obviously does not employ real managers, just clerks who are robotically trained to spout off scripts. A real manager has the power, ability, and empathy to right a situation when the customer is wronged by the company. My advice is to go to ********** or Lowes to buy equipment like this. Neither one of these companies would treat a customer in this way.

      Online in stock purchase, no update for 2 weeks while paid for 5-7 day shipping; reached out to customer service and received response that their system is inaccurate and item not available and dont worry we did not charge the CC@, missed in store sale while waited on item to ship. No communication that item OOS or any other communication until I reached out.
