My situation in this complain is that i need your help,to help me get my money back from the money purchased on car.i recently had bought on mid September ******* was a **** mercury mariner which turned out to have issues in the first week of having it,i didn't feel safe driving it,so i went back to the dealership and explained to them what was happening with the truck,so they told me exchange it for another car so i did and i got a **** ********** ***** ***** and after the first week of taking it. The car started giving problems also,the engine light came on and after the car wouldn't start at all,then they took to fix it and when they gave it back they told me that they had fixed it and that it shouldn't give any more problems. But after week by week the car would have more problems and the engine light would come on again. They would say that they fixed the problems but intill now the car is still with the engine light on,and I feel that the people from the ********** aren't really trying to fix it,i feel that their prolonging it to really fix the real problem on the car,cause my warranty is about to end by the end of ********* And i dont think its fair that I paid $7,000 for the car to be dealing with it with all these problems. Like today i was having trouble on starting the car,and when i got it to start it feels like its forcing itself when driving it.for that reason i feel safe to drive it anymore im scared that something might happen on the road.And im just tired of the situation that their saying that they fixed it when it keeps having problems. They told me that they would fix it again but i feel its ********* for the reason that they been fixing it 4 different times and its still the same and giving ********* So i told them that I want my money back, since its already 2 cars that they sold me that came out bad.so im really hoping you guys can help me get my money back, cause i dont think its fair me that i put all my savings and the cars turned out bad.
