              1st, the car was advertised online for $23800, but the dealer instead says they have to charge an extra $395 for a "Luxcare" coating and we have no option NOT to purchase this - so they will not sell the car at or below the advertised price as required by CA law (Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e)). Even so, we purchased the car - on 4/8/21 we gave them a $10K down payment check. That cleared on 4/13/21, and we also gave them a cashier's check for the remaining $16663.83 on 4/13/21. Even though a cashier's check is as good as cash and the down payment check has cleared our account, the dealer refuses to give us the car saying that the "checks have not cleared" their accounts.

              they sold me a car with a warranty that i couldnt use because the car i bought from them was altered with after market parts.i brought the car back the second day after taking it to the dealership but they ignored my phone calls and didnt come into work.I am reporting them to attorney General of ********** ,and the consumer Financial protection bureau
