    Husband Purchased for $109, was unable to get movies to download on the two apps installed for movies, even after having to install their recommended third party app. When I questioned it still not working, they recommended a premium account on the third party app site which included a FEE. Kodi library completely empty, A few of the systems work but anything to do with movies was a no go. Sent multiple emails with some response but nothing theyve instructed me to do works. Frustrated!!!

    I bought a fire stick and it don't work won't run nothing I've contacted them through email and they tell me to try all sorts of things that I have tried and nothing works or resolves the issue of firestick not working tired of getting the run around and trying all these different things that are suppose to resolve the issue would like a straight answer or some kind of refund for a defective or wire wire web burning people out of thier money for some ********... so irritated already...

    I bought a 4K Firestick a month ago and sent it back after a couple of day racking my brain trying to get anything to work on it but it was by far the worst firestick I have ever had. Oh and if you think they sent me a refund for that great piece of c*** they sent me, well think again. The last I heard from them was to tell me they recieved the firestick and then they GHOSTED me. I guess it would have been nice if I had seen the BBB article before I bought it but I didn't even think I would have been SCAMED but the older I get the dumber I get. They get 0 stars from me.

    $90 down the drain for every channel buffering and constant emails with no solutions, now I'm ignored...don't do it. go somewhere else

    ****** S My husband purchase a Jailbroken fire stick. The first two were excellent. However, the next two were not. They didn't have the apps shown with my correct Jailbroken You can't contact them by phone, when they send your refund is minus $13-$15. They don't even pick up the phone to answer or return calls. My husband could have given me the money instead.They get 0 stars from us, but I see we have to leave something.

    Do not buy from this company. They state everything is loaded; it's not. They sent a new Firestick with a piece of paper telling you how do all the work.

    Scam.Sends a **** tracking info that says "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item" which is never updated. The business creates the shipping label but never ships the item? I don't get it.My inquiry has been ignored and I assume it will remain ignored.
