****** S My husband purchase a Jailbroken fire stick. The first two were excellent. However, the next two were not. They didn't have the apps shown with my correct Jailbroken You can't contact them by phone, when they send your refund is minus $13-$15. They don't even pick up the phone to answer or return calls. My husband could have given me the money instead.They get 0 stars from us, but I see we have to leave something.Review from George W

Do not buy from this company. They state everything is loaded; it's not. They sent a new Firestick with a piece of paper telling you how do all the work.Review from Mary D

Scam.Sends a **** tracking info that says "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item" which is never updated. The business creates the shipping label but never ships the item? I don't get it.My inquiry has been ignored and I assume it will remain ignored.Review from John D

Their "fully loaded" Firestick is a major scam. Everything that they claimed, has been untrue. I contacted the company, who sent a huge list of things that I had to do within settings and such. None of it worked. They sent several websites to refer to, and all of them were either dead sites or I would get a warning not to proceed!So, I have a, mostly, useless Firestick. Nothing works as it should.I'm disabled and that's a lot of money, to me. I would like for this company to refund my money. Thank you for your time.Review from jms

I ordered a **** ***** for $89.99 and got a confirmation and said it was shipped by *** and was delivered on Oct. 16,2021. I never received the ********* and when I contacted the company via email because you can not reach by phone. They told me my package was confirmed delivered and to check with the *** tracking number. I did check with *** and no tracking number exist in their system. I contacted the Company back top let them know and I want a resolution from them with either a refund of my money or a ********* that I ordered. I still have not heard back from them. I feel this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS CAUGHT AND BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES
