            Auto warranty will not fix my vehicle and I would like to know what to do Put my vehicle in the shop and I had some work done on the front end The auto shop say s I need Wheel bearings, tie rod Which they deny me of the wheel bearings and some other stuff which cost me ******* but they paid for the tie rod and so I get the truck out the shop and find my power steering gone and the ether tie rod is gone so now the warranty company deny me coverage on that The name of the warranty company toco warranty

            This company is a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We filed a claim, their service tech came out to verify that there really was a problem. Despite two different repair shops saying the same thing about the repair that was needed, the service tech declared otherwise and refused the claim; saying it was probably a different problem that would not be covered. Since the repair needed to be done, we had the repair shop do the work. Low and behold, the problem was exactly as was originally diagnosed. Once the covered parts were replaced, the problem was fixed. So we requested a review of our claim. Heard nothing. On Oct 27, I sent a letter of cancelation. On Nov 6 they called and said they would get back to me later in the week. Never heard a thing. Nov 20, I sent an email. No answer. Dec 7, left a message. No return call. Dec 11, left another message. On Dec 12 I got a call back and was told they would call me back later in the day. No call that day. Finally got a call back and was told that my claim was denied again, and since we already paid for the repair, they could not reimburse us. We needed to have the repair shop submit another claim so the service tech could come out again. Then I was told he had talked to the review department and was shown diagrams and sketches that proved there was no way the repairs that were done were actually needed. Then he had the gall to tell me ************** was crooked and I should not use them again. Every time I actually got to talk to some one, they offered to pay a month or two of the premium if I would not cancel. Also, if I would continue, they would pay me $350 towards the repair. This company not only has poor customer service, they do not stand behind the repairs they say are covered, and they try to bribe you into staying, because it looks bad for the company.

Toco is committed to fairly paying covered claims and our ************* team will be reaching out to see if we can assist. **** wants to pay all covered claims and seeks ways to do so, but must be able to justify the claim with evidence of failure, which was not found in this case. A supervisor will be reaching out to assist.
