    On ********* *********** ********* ********** offered a vehicle they claimed to have had available. They claimed it was previously special order vehicle by another customer who never picked up their order. They deceived Mr. ***** with promise of a fully loaded truck that was already built and available within a week at the latest. The Watsonville lot took possession of Mr. ***** fully paid off **** ***** ********* **** as a trade-in. Mr. ***** has of yet ********* has not received the vehicle he was promise and has already begun having to make payment of this fictitious vehicle falsely promise by *********** ********** Mr. ***** made a contract and *********** ********* has not kept their end of the contract.

    I found a truck on line and Watsonville Chevrolet had it. It was a used truck, I filled out the form online for them to call me. Next day Flor reached out to me with pics and info on the truck. 'August 18, 2021' I liked the truck and send her all the info to get pre qualified . She said the manager Luis was going to get back to me, he did. So far so good, told him I was going to fly to go see the truck and if I liked it I was going to get it. He said sure, I had given him $1000 deposit. My wife and I took a plane to see the truck, we got there and they were nice to us. We went to see the truck and first thing Luis told me was "brother guess what I didn't see the dent on the passenger **** " I asked him about the condition of the truck before I left, he said it was immaculate. The truck was dirty and never got detailed , he said they did. The porter was honest and he said they didn't, the truck was missing a jack and tires were worn. I asked for a discount and Luis told me he would give me $250 for the jack. I asked about the detail and he told me to take it to Bob Wondries Ford in Alhambra , same owner owned both dealerships '****** ******'. We made the deal on August 22, 2021, drove the truck back. Days and weeks went by and nobody reached out to me about he detail. I called the dealership, text Luis and he said someone should be calling me. Nobody did, the finance guy told me to take it somewhere and they would reimburse me, I sent the receipt and they paid . Months went by with no plates, some guy from the dealership randomly calls me that they need information because nobody submitted any paperwork to the DMV????? Is January 15, and I have no plates. Stay away from Watsonville Chevrolet !!!
