I have been trying to return a purchase for over 2 weeks. They refuse to except although they have a 15 day return policy and I have been trying to return it since the day it was received. They keep sending emails asking if I want to return it every time I say yes, they come back with another excuse. I ordered 2 wigs from the ILikeHair website on November 28, 2024. They were delivered by December 13, 2024 (separately).The wigs looked nothing like their listed photos online. Not only was the texture on both completely wrong but the diameter of each wig was much smaller than the size chart online. Both were under 20 inches in diameter which is much smaller than the average adult head.Both are completely unwearable. This company should be ashamed of themselves for lying to customers. I paid $259 total and I feel like I wasted my money.I have included the website photos and the actual wigs I received for comparison along with measurement photos.Initial Complaint

I made an accidental purchase to the online wig store ilikehair yesterday. I emailed them swiftly letting them know that Id like to cancel my order. I provided the order information I was given on Whatsapp along with screenshots of my purchase.Someone replied to me with this message: Hi there,Thank you for your order.Our products are of very good quality and are very popular.Would you like to try it?We will arrange the shipment to you as soon as possible.I replied back insisting that I did not want to go through with this order. Ive attempted to reach out to the company via email and let them know I want to cancel my order. Theyve informed me that I cant because it has already been shipped. I purchased to human hair wigs from this company. I received two wigs that were not as advertised. The hair is horrible and doubtful that it is human the color and style of the pictures on the website do not match the wigs that I received. I emailed the vendor the same day that I received the wigs and provided pictures of the wigs I received. I told them that the did a bait and switch and that these are not the wigs I purchase and I want my $238.00 dollars back they offered $30 which I immediately declined. I told them that I want a full refund and that if they provide a return address I will send the wigs back. The vendor told me to ask if my family or friends wanted the wigs and again offered $30 refund. I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB.Initial Complaint

On 5/27/24 I ordered a human hair wig ( wig total $149.)from I like hair. Com the item was to arrive 6/5 it did not come so I tracked the order tracking number ************ found that it had been delivered in ************* ******* but said delivered in ***** ******** where I live. So I called ***** to tell them something was wrong they told me that the shipper ( I like hair) put the wrong address on the label and to open a claim and call them to report it I did just that And I asked then to investigate the matter and either send my order or refund my money as of today June 7th still no product nor refunds Company states they are waiting for the customer they sent it too to send it to me. I think this is very unprofessional . The customer should be sending the order back to them not me . What if the hair is damaged or worn this is very unsafe practice and they gave my address out to someone I dont even know without my permission I want a refund This is outrageous and unethical and I shouldnt have to pay for a product that is not coming from the seller I paid Especially with the bed bug out their its a no for me Please helpInitial Complaint

Order #IW36721 I placed an order for a wig which i received but is totally different from the advertised wig and had a bad chemical smell. I informed ilikehair about my concerns and requested a return address. I received wig on 01/12/24 placed order 12/31/23. Return wig on 01/24/24. Wig was confirmed received by ilikehair on 01/26/24.. I just did some research on ******* and realized this company have a reputation of selling products different from what was advertised. This company needs to be investigated on what type of chemicals is user to make this wigs. Am yet to receive my refund its almost three weeks. They are not responding to my emails
