I placed a order on 10/03/2022 for a Android Radio with a 13" screen ***********************, back up camera with route package protection. The order had gone through and I received confirmation # ********. Then I received another email asking me for vehicle information: Year, make, model, VIN and a picture of my dashboard. Everything checked out and they sent another email stating my order was being processed and secure with route.
I then received email with the following:
      ************
This open box is not available. We will cancel the order and give you a refund. If you are still interested in our product, please purchase the brand new unit which compatible with your vehicle. Sorry about the inconvenience.

      Here is the link:
      *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

The link above takes me to a new radio unit that they are selling for $709.99 without ************* which is an additional cost of $59.99.

This whole thing looks like a bait and switch scam. I looked up reviews on the internet amd found similar review to my review and seems to be a deceptive practice on the part of Phoenix company.
I included a pic of a review located in *********** that was very similar to my issue and complaint and that person stated, they filed a *** complaint as well.
In order to settle this, I would like to receive the item that I ordered at the price that I ordered it at even if they have to provide me with a mew Radio with ************* and the other items that I originally ordered with full support.

How is possible that we are scam since we charge the customer zero money?
The open-box unit is not like the brand new unit, which we can produce it anytime, the open-box unit are the units that customer returned for personal reason or because of damage. And this titan is our new product, so it is not strange that we have very little in stock.
So after we confirm the size that customer bought is not in stock, we canceled the order for him and refunded, and we also sent an Email to ask him if he would like to cosider the brand-new unit, we didn't force hime to buy it, just a suggestion. So the customer can make him own chose.ANd our unit is alrady contain the built-in carplay, it is not like the customer mentiond that our unit is without an **************
