I have purchased a radio from Phoenix Automotive on 10/28/24, since receiving the radio has not functioned fully as described on their website. I contacted them approximately 11/8/24 about not having steering wheel controls to control the radio that I had using my oem radio and since then the emails have gone back and forth up until 12/13/24 with close to 100 emails asking for pictures, information and/videos. I have provided everything they have requested and they have yet to provide a fix for my issue and just continue to ask for information inaheb already given them. I have talked to other people with the same radio and same vehicle and they did not have the same issue with lack of steering wheel controls like I do. After looking at other peoples reviews they seem to have a bad name for lack of customer service for not fixing peoples issues amongst other reasons. I just want my radio fixed and function like their website says it will or send me a replacement that will work.Business Response

I ordered a radio on 11/12/24. I have since e-mailed 3 times requesting a status on my order and I have never gotten a response. I get an email that says they will be back to be usually within 1 business day. The same day I ordered I sent them my vehicle information along with a photo of my dash as requested. On 11/13 I asked for order status, on 11/18 I again asked for order status, both with no response. I have submitted a 3rd request 11/24 and I am sure I will not get a response to that either. No problem with taking my money and confirming my order, but no updates about shipping or when my radio will ship, just silence. I love the product I picked out based on what I want. I think it is great, but I need to get it to be able to use it.Business Response

I will start by saying this is my second purchase from Phoenix, was extremely satisfied with the first so when I got my other son a vehicle, we knew he wanted the same radio in his truck. Purchased on 09/16/2024, on 10/12/2024 was told another 1-3 weeks. I waited. contacted again somewhere around 10/31/2024 was told another 1-2 weeks. they offered an open box unit, but when called regarding the open box unit, I was told there is not one in stock. continue to be told there is a backorder on the harness and that is what is causing the delay. I feel like I am getting the runaround. I was then told last week that the radio would be shipped out by the end of the week but now told again this week that the harness is still backordered. I asked on 11/12/2024 to speak to a supervisor or someone that could possibly help me a little further, was told I would get a call back from the supervisor by EOD 11/12/2024. Contact again today, 11/13/2024 and told there is only one supervisor and nobody else I can speak to because the supervisor is currently on leave. I have never been so disappointed with a company like I am right now. My youngest son now wants the same radio, but after the issues I have had with this order, I dot not think we will use this company for his radio, which is disappointing because my oldest son loves his.Business Response

I bought my order of a 360 camera system on 6/8/24 when I got it I tried to install and noticed it will not work with my tesla screen that I bought from a different company. I requested a refund on 6/17/24 and they asked to set up a tech video call to figure this out I said sure. On the day the call was no one called or reached out till 3 days after it was scheduled so I asked for a refund and since then they have not responded appropriately and are bouncing around the questions I send them I put in a return request on 6/18 and on 6/29 after sending multiple emails to ask about my return request I made they said they will check on it and reply within 24 to 48 hours it is now 7/14 WITH NO REPLY BACK this is ridiculous and this company needs to be shutdown terrible I would please like a refund that I've been trying to request.Business Response

We ordered a radio from Phoenix and had issues from the beginning, the mechanic installing the part called and tried troubleshooting the part when he was told by a Phoenix tech that the part was defective, he was told to return the item and would be charged a restocking fee, I don't understand how they can restock and sell a defective part. Also we've been ignored and phone calls have not been returned to obtain a return label. Now they are saying we've exceeded the time frame for return. I ordered a radio for my car on 5-11-2024. The money was taken out of my account and I never received a email from then. And I called them numerous of times and all I get is I put in a follow-up request and she said they have 7-10 days to ship it out and finally on 5-24-2024 the lady said well they have till next week to ship it out. Which is longer then their 7-10 days. And there 10 day **** was today 5-24-2024 I keep asking why it is taking so long to ship and no-one can give me a answer. I ordered a radio ORDER PA248616 from their website on 4 Feb 2024, to which I was quickly informed that I would have to choose another model, which they even upgraded. It is now 26 Mar 2024, and I am still waiting on my radio. No date of when the unit is expected to ship or arrive, only that they are waiting on a harness. Attempts to email have been unsuccessful. I ordered a radio from phoenix automotive on 1/22/24 with expectations of 8-10 days for shipment as stated on business website, I emailed requested vehicle information on 1/24/24. I have yet to recieve my order. I have logged in to account and order ******** states fullfilled. and paid. There is no tracking number. I emailed company with a request about order on 2/2/24 and did not recieve a response. The company sent an email on 2/9/24 asking me to review a product that I have yet to recieve. Sorry for the delay, we have already shipped out the unit on February 13 and now the unit has been delivered, the reason why we did not process to ship the order in time is because the unit has out of stock previously, and we have a Chinese Festival holiday from Feb 4 to Feb 18, not long after unit arrived, we were ready to go on holidays, so we arranged to ship from the US warehouse.
