On Nov 2, 2023. I placed an online order that included three defferent parts. On Nov 7 th a package came via FEDX. It was missing one of three parts. I called the next day and they sent me an email telling me that the carrier split the package. This is a total lie. They never do that. I calledthem for the next two days and finally some came to the phone and told me they would email me a new tracking number that same day. Here I am three days later with no tracking number and they will not answer the phone.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a catalytic converter with suncent auto .com without reading the reviews for this site, I wish i had. They claim fast and easy returns within 90 days but are refusing a refund for defective parts. That is a LIE!! They are refusing my refund and return even though i sent them photos showing how it is defective, And they even offered me 10 dollars "for my troubles". This site is claiming to be based in ******* and they are based in *****!!!!! a HUGE scam. Every response i get has ******* letters at the end of the email, I have proof if needed. We used the website to find a part for my husbands truck. They sent ** the wrong part. Since then they refuse to answer the phone or call me back when I leave a voicemail. They offered through ******** messenger a $35 partial refund and offered for us to keep the part. We told them no. Theyve been saying theyll send us a return shipping label but they wont do it. Its not right for these people to keep our money and not allow me to return the item.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 6pc kit. When I checked the order via ***** tracking I found just 1pc was being sent. I called and the employee on theine assured me it was the correct order. Ordered a trunk mat for my car on 6/12 after verifying it would fit (see attached photos). They either misrepresented the product on their page or sent me the wrong one. Judging from the packaging(see attached photo), it is the latter. I immediately reached out to them via chat, only to be ignored. Emailed and got a response asking for photos. Sent photos and asked for return label and they keep stalling and asking for more photos. I don't feel it's my responsibility to keep proving to them they made an error or help them figure out their internal issues. They can do all that when they get the return. After multiple emails, they are now ignoring **** just want a return label and a refund.Customer Answer

Order a part on March 30th and they sent the wrong item. After much hassle of trying to get ahold of this company they still will not let me return the item and I can not get a refund. They also false advertise that its a **** company but my bank charged me an international fee because its showing somewhere in *************. It was a cheaper transaction maybe 30$ 12/31/23 they dont not have customer service that will answer. ******* returns and make it impossible to return. You have to Mail something in just to find out where to return the item once u get a response. Total joke and no response from customer service
