Website states refunds of unopened bags. However, if you order more than one bag the bunch it into a larger bag! This voids the returns policy. I ordered 3 bags and it was sent in one large bag which is non-refundable. The protein powders come in both "true flavor" which is natural and the other has Erythirol which causes many people stomach pains/discomfort. That being said I accidently clicked on the wrong one and ordered the protein which had artificial sweetener which I realized right after placing order. Could not cancel order and when it arrived I called the company asking for an exchange or refund and was told too bad. ******* simply said refunds are only on one pound bags. I told her i actually ordered quantity of 3 one lb bags and did not ask for it to be placed in a large bag she said they do it to save plastic ( which conveniently voids the refund policy as well). Return policy only benefits the company. I have attached a screenshot of the website and order page to show how misleading it is. It looks like I am purchasing three bags. Also, note how easy it is to mistake the vanilla and trueflavor vanilla. I asked for an exchange and refund and was flat out told no twice.
