This customer has only placed 1 order with our company. The order placed was for a total of 3 commando knives. The only correspondence with this customer has been an email the customer sent Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at ******* that stated "Yes, Please proceed with this order."
The customer does need to return 2 of the 3 Command knives within the warranty period in order to receive a complete refund of the purchase price.
Per the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to at the time he placed his order, the customer is responsible for returning the commando knives in order to receive a refund.
This customer does not have an order with our company for "Bowie Knives" as we do not sell or offer ***** Knives at our company. If the item the customer is referring to are for ***** Knives he may have ordered them from an affiliate company or a different company entirely.
