My name is *************************** and I've just ordered a Navy Cutlass. Your response to filling the order says that an email has been sent to *************************** - my wife ******************** Why?! I resent that emphatically! She is a pacifist and has no business in this and I did not necessarily want to involve her at all. It was purchased with MY credit card so I don't have any idea how you folks got her involved. Can you stop all your communications with her? Immediately!! If not, then cancel my order.Business response

This customer emailed after normal business hours and was responded to with tracking information the following morning.

Hello,All emails requesting tracking are handled in the order that they are received. We received this customers first email on 3/1/23 the customer then sent two additional emails after hours on 3/2/23 and this complaint was issued on 3/3/23. This customer was emailed on 3/6/23 with complete tracking for the order and proof from USPS that shows the order was delivered.Customer response

I ordered a knife from this company, this was my first time ordering from company. I received no tracking number and I have also not received the product I ordered. They sure enough took my money off of my debit card but as of today I still haven't received no refund or the product.....Business response

In researching this order we found the order was placed on 1/19/22 and shipped on 1/20/22. An automated email is sent once the order has been shipped, if it does not appear it in the regular inbox it may have been sent to the customers spam/junk folder. This item was a free Enforcer knife where the customer only covered the $9.95 shipping and handling fee to receive the item.In tracking the order online at www.usps.com we found that the order was out for delivery on 1/25/22 but it was marked as "refused" by USPS and was then processed as "return to sender" by USPS on 1/27/22. The package was received in our returns department on 2/7/22 and is currently in queue to be refunded. We moved the return to the top of the queue and promptly refunded the order. This customer demanded tracking on 10/11/21 demanding his money back and making BBB threats if he did not receive tracking for his order that was delivered on 10/12/21. He then emailed on 10/12/21 after normal business hours stating that he received a flashlight, we requested a photo of the items he received including packaging on 10/13/21 to make sure the package he received was from Fight Fast and the customer ignored our request and on 10/19/21 He made more BBB threats and demanded a refund.We have refunded this customer and this will conclude all business.Customer response

I placed an order with fastfight.com online. When I received the invoice via email the cost was much higher than expected. Their policy states that I could cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped. I sent them an email less than 10 minutes after receiving the invoice canceling my order. I know the email was seen because I tagged it with a “read receipt. “ I just received another email stating that they have already shipped the product and never received my email. I sent them a copy of the original email where I canceled the order which included the date and time stamp, which they chose to ignore. They tell me that I can send back all of the equipment for a full refund, but I have to pay for shipping costs. I have no intention of paying for the shipping cost, because I canceled the order 10 minutes after I placed it. This company is deceitful, I would like to get this issue resolved. Obviously, with the number of complaints they have had these past years, there are problems.Business response

Thank you for writing.We DO and WILL refund any customer who cancels his
order in a timely manner.In this case we did not see a cancellation email from the
customer until well after the shipping confirmation email
had been sent out to him.He indeed insisted that he had sent a cancelation email 10
after ordering, and we are willing to issue an immediate refund
if that's verifiable -- but when asked to forward that particular

Thanks for writing in!This customer corresponded with us on 6/21/21 stating his order had never been delivered.After researching his order and tracking we found that it had been shipped and the tracking shows no movement since 5/3/21.We then reached out to the customer on 6/22/21 at 11:47am advising him of the status of his order and asked if he would rather the order be reshipped or refunded.As of 6/24/21 he has never responded to the email sent to him. The complaint to BBB was not necessary as we were trying to resolve the issue of the delay in delivery.This order may still be delivered, but we have went ahead and issued a full refund for the order.This will conclude business.
