My daughter ordered 2 items from DazeDenim. When the package came only 1 item was included (though the packing slip said that both were included). My daughter contacted the company via email on April 8th and again on the 11th and she received NO response. I then emailed on 12th including the order number and what happened. On the 13th they responded with a form response asking for the order number, name and billing address. I responded that day and again on the 15th and 19th with NO answer. On the 20th I received an email telling me to check around my building for the package (which is NOT a response to the issues I raised). I immediately responded, once again explaining that we received the package but it only contained 1 of the 2 items. I never received a response so I wrote again on the 24th before including the BBB on the 28th. They have yet to respond and there is NO phone number for customer service. I am looking for a refund for the shorts that were missing ($69). Their lack of responsiveness and the inability to contact them by phone is very frustrating.
