    4 stars for great customer service. I received my product quickly and the packaging was nice. Their product didnt work well for me but they provided excellent customer service and handled my concerns per their policies within 24 hours.

    Consumer Warning: Deceptive Practices by Seed Health I canceled my seed subscription with this company in October 2024. Despite this, on July 2, 2025, I received an unexpected email stating that an order had shippedand I was billed over $250 without prior notice or consent.I immediately went online to cancel the order and contacted their support. After multiple emails back and forth, they are now refusing to reverse or cancel the charge, despite the clear cancellation months ago.This is not only unethicalit may be unlawful. I will be filing a formal complaint with my state's Attorney General and exploring all available legal remedies.Buyers beware. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

    My order is lost in their system, its not in my account with them. Ive emailed them five times asking to cancel the subscription after trying their pills. Since its not in my account, I cant find it to cancel. The only reply Ive received at all tells me that theyll get back to me, but they do not. There is no phone support whatsoever, no customer service. I will work through my credit card company going forward. ******** pills and disgraceful company to buy through-big scam.

    Seed Health(**************************) is a terrible company. I initially ordered their product, and once received, I used it and it worked great!... for about two weeks.... I continued to take it, and the original results were not ***licated. I suspended my next order because of this. I then went back and cancelled all future orders. A month went by and Seed pulled money from my bank account for an order I did not make as I was no longer interested in their product. I emailed the SeedCare email and received a ***ly after two weeks. I explained that I did not make an order, and that I had cancelled in plenty of time on my account in order to no be charged for their product. I was told by their SeedCare *** that they could send me product but not give my money back. I do not want their product. I wanted my money back which they essentially stole. Their Shady practices need to be dealt with.

Upon reviewing your account information and correspondence with our team, it appears there was confusion regarding your two accounts. You had two accounts with us created using two separate email addresses. One of these did not have any associated subscriptions and the other one had an active subscription. On March 12th on the active account, you rescheduled your next refill date to process on May 1st. Then on May 1st an order successfully processed which is where the charge in question is stemming from. We're sorry for any confusion that may have been caused through navigating two accounts. On May 14th, a member of our team offered support for your inquiry and was subsequently awaiting further response from you as of May 15th.     So disappointed with this company's customer service. They say they will send a replacement jar if you have lost your jar or if it is damaged. I have the small travel tube, but cannot find my jar. Requesting a jar, I got an email back telling me this representative will not send me one until I subscribe to purchase with an ongoing subscription.. and that was not mentioned anywhere in the many references to the offer to send a new jar. "Yes, Seed will send a replacement jar if yours is lost or broken. You can email them..." or..."Seed Health will replace lost or broken containers for free if you email them" and there are more offers touting a replacement jar "on us". I have mercury poisoning. I cannot take their product every month.. I buy a month here and there under the advice of my physician and the well known physician who advertises Seed. Recovery is long.. nearly 2 years at best. I cannot subscribe for the foreseeable future. The email I got back "dismissed" me repeatedly saying she would not send me a replacement jar until I subscribe. I took my time, being ill and all, to detail my situation and why I cannot subscribe, yet wish to continue to purchase their product when I am able to do so per my doctor. I got a repeat email back.. twice more.. repeating I had to subscribe.. That is no way to take care of customers or those who have a blog suggesting others purchase Seed. I respectfully asked this representative to go to a Supervisor and ask for a well deserved health exception..This is a one 4" approx jar. Seconds later.. I got the same message back with highlighted .. NOT til you subscribe. I feel dismissed and definitely not valued in any way. **************** is supposed to find ways to say "YES" to customers..Clearly these people are check box people.. respond with a NO and move on. DO NOT support SEED.

    Corrupt company!There is no way to speak to anyone regarding unauthorized charges. ***** actually sent me an email stating that they dont speak to customers! ***! If they dont even have the decency to speak to you, how can you trust what they are putting in those capsules?!Buyer Beware!

    SCAM!!! Stay away...unless you like extreme headaches from this company. I ordered Seed Probiotics as a new customer. When my order came there was double of which I had ordered. I checked my credit card statement and I was double charged on the exact day I signed up and placed my original order. I contacted the company and they stated that they could not find the double charge but went on to state how much money I saved with my order. I asked for a refund and to return the extra product. They stated they don't offer refunds or allow returns. I did not authorize this extra transaction the day I signed up and they wouldn't do anything to rectify. I had to resort to contacting my credit card company who then charged them back. I immediately cancelled my subscription and had the email to prove. Two weeks later I observed a pending charge from Seed on my credit card. I immediately contacted the company again to dispute this charge as I did not authorize and had the email to prove my cancellation 2 weeks prior. They said that I had 2 accounts on file, one of which was still opened. They said this second account was made the same date I signed up. This second account had an email address that did not even exist...so no matter who it belonged to there would be no way of knowing or receiving any correspondence....email address was @********* which doesn't exist. The company would not refund my money or allow me to return their product. They went on to state that the product lasts a long time and I could use it when I needed it or share it with a family member. So this company created a second account with all my information, including my credit card, using a bogus email address. The fact that they would not refund me or entertain this issue is complete garbage. This is fraud that they would have a second account with all my information and continue to charge without my knowledge. I had to resort to calling my credit card company yet again! STAY AWAY!!

    Ordered from here and these probiotics caused extreme intestinal discomfort, even with only taking once per day. I thought I canceled my subscription, but now, months later, I received an email last night from my bank saying they charged me again. I could find no phone number for ************************, so I immediately emailed to cancel. However, this morning I received an email from seed saying it shipped. They bill and within a few hours ship the product specifically so you can't cancel when you get the billing notice!! I already have several months of these ridiculously expensive horrible probiotics that they refuse to return. Additionally, the only offer email; I can't find a contact number for them anywhere. ***** this company at all costs! They are a scam!!

Additionally, any changes to an order must be made at least one day prior to the scheduled ship date as we are unable to cancel an order once it has processed.While our risk-free policy honors refunds on your first order only, we did make an exception in this case, and processed a refund for your recent refill order, which had been issued to the payment method on file.If there is anything else we can support you with, please let us know.

    I thought I wanted to try Seed DS-01; I ordered a 30 day supply. I have not yet tried it. They send constant " How's it going " emails and reordering notifications. I didn't reorder. I get notice this week - my 2nd order is on the way. I have tried every way possible to refuse, stop return "my order"; too bad for me, they get $50+ that I could have very badly used elsewhere. Their bottom line of 100s of unnecessary words in their emails is-you place an ORDER with them you have a SUBSCRIPTION that is permanent delivery until you cancel. I missed the rules apparently; however, no company selling an item that is ingested with risks of reactions should be allowed to auto-ship without monthly notification from the customer. ********************, please note, SUBSCRIPTION is not the proper/fair/ moral way to sell products ingested. Help!?

    This company has awful practices. They gave continued to charge me monthly and I have only received 1 refill in 3 months. When I tried to cancel, as they charged me again, they indicated that they could not cancel an order nor do they accept returns per their policy. Not only did these pills do nothing for my health, they made me feel nauseas every time I took them. Do not do business with them! They are a scam!
