I placed a delivery order through their web page. They delivered someone else's food. Driver said, "that's what they gave me!"Phone number of the person who was supposed to get the order was on the bag. I called him and he said they screwed up his order as well.I called the restaurant and they gave me the run around. Refused to give a refund or send the correct order, even when he found the order on their POS and read it back to **** called again and they said I have to call the the delivery company that "I arranged the order with". Well, I didn't arrange delivery, Plancha Tacos did. I placed the order on the wed page and they delivered with their service.I called the number on the bag, "the other guys food" and they said I have to get refund from Plancha Tacos.I call Plancha again and basically they said. "sucks to be you!". One guy claiming to be a manager hung up on me. I was not being rude at all. He just didn't want to deal with the situation.I called the next day for the 3rd time and asked for the manager. Again, they basically said, "tough luck", call the delivery company. Why should I, it's YOUR delivery company, and THEY said its YOUR fault.End of the day; I bought food from their web page, they delivered someone else's order and they refuse to rectify the situation.Basically, they just took my money and gave me the finger. Amazing they run a business this way.Issue was on Feb 4/24. Order number is ***************
