On August 5, 2024 I ordered Total Adblock for my computer. When I got the info on how to activate it; I found that it isnt compatible with ****** so I immediately cancelled it only to find that I was charged $19 that same date. I have been trying to contact them by phone only to find the number has been changed, or the phone number they give me keeps ringing and no one answers. In June I canceled my subscription to adblock because the price went from $9.95 I think it was to $14.99 without any notice It was being paid through ****** and I contacted them to cancel it I now see they have taken it from my checking account directly and this was not authorized plus I canceled the subscription last month. I have tried to discontinue my subscription with Total Adblock for a couple of months. When I first got the subscription, I was being charged $2.99 a month then a couple of months ago, without any notice, they raised it to over $8.00. When I tried to cancel it, they told me to go to a part of their website that told me to cancel on I cloud, which I don't even have. Today I found out that they are also double-dipping by charging both my PayPal Cashback account and my ************* account at the same time. Isn't this illegal? I was reading an article on cybernews.com about how to block ads while using Paramount Plus. The article recommended installing Total Adblock. There was an offer for an 80% discount, so a year's subscription would be $19. I paid the $19 but was unable to interact with the Total Adblock download. Not only that, there was no indication of being able to add total Adblock as a Chrome extension on my Android, a ******* Galaxy S21 Plus. None of the links on the email confirmation we're responsive, such as the link for "Support", the link for "Refund Policy", etc. There is no phone number for the company, no support email address, and no way to contact any technical support to get any help whatsoever. When I was going through the process of trying to activate the Total Adblock, I realized that it was probably a scam. Within about 15 minutes of my purchase, I tried to cancel the purchase and get a refund. However, there was no way to do so. I believe that this illegitimate company installed phishing and other malware on my device. I don't know how to reverse the download and get this out of my phone, and I can't get any help from the company. I don't believe this is the same company that sells Total Adblock 2024 software.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because Total Adblock has taken over my laptop and desktop, and I'm getting pop-*** all the time even though I removed all traces of it. Why am I still getting pop *** on a daily basis? How do I get rid of this? This is what I was afraid of. There is no program that I see under programs and there is no extension I see. So why am I still getting so many pop-***?

The reason you are experiencing pop-*** is that the Total Adblock extension is still installed in your browser. To address this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Open your browser and access the extension menu. This can often be found by clicking on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
2. Scroll down to Extensions and select Manage Extension
3. In the menu, locate 'Total Adblock.'
4. From the context menu that appears, select 'Remove' or 'Uninstall.' This action will remove the extension from your browser.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove the extension and eliminate the pop-*** you've been encountering.

I have a problem with Total Adblock a year ago somehow I got a subscription from them for $39.99. I missed it somehow in my checking account now June 29. They took $119 out of my account for their service. Ive been trying to close this account and get a refund but I keep getting the runaround from them. They have no customer service phone number and every time I email them I just get the same Answer that I need to login to the app I cant log into the app it blocks me every time I try to change the password and it still blocks me so I get really frustrated.
