    Placed an order a month ago, and approved the proof the same day. Paid extra for premium shipping. Order was suppose to be here a week ago, and I cannot seem to get a straight answer on when my order will ship. I have spoken to 4 different people, via the chat and on the phone. ZERO progress has been made. One person told me I would hear back within a day, another told me I would receive a call within 2 hours - neither happened. I do not recommend working with this company.

    I placed a large order from Uprinting and the letterhead I ordered would jam up my Brother MFC printer every time. The cheap paper was curling up after going through the laser printer.Their customer service was useless. They offered my a 20% discount on my next order. Never again!

    TERRIBLE!! print job. I've been going back and forth with them for months about a terrible print job they did. They issued me a credit for poor quality print so I had to use that credit to buy something else. I ended up ordering coffee mugs. When I got the order - They sent me someone else's order and not my company! And here I am again trying to reach someone to get my Money back. I do not want a credit. I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a terrible company.

    I ordered magnets on May12th and they were the wrong color and they had print lines throughout the magnets. Poor print job. I have been trying to get new ones sent for over 3 months. Do not recommend

    Ugh, tried to customize a hat. Sent a nice AI file, they didn't follow it at all. When I tried to cancel the order, they said "there isn't anyone who can help you with that at this moment. It will be about 2 hours before someone can get back to you." I'm not holding my breath.

    Company claims they do a "33" point inspection with human and computer reviews but our product came back blurry and poor quality, even the grommet holes were not lined up with the actual grommets to hang the banner. Also the smell was awful when opening the product. **************** refused to send new banner or offer any assistance.

    My company ordered a sign and paid a lot for it with a stand. Well the sign came in a ripped damaged package with no stand. There is no way to contact this company but by a chat which is not available on weekends. I am not happy about this as we need this in a timely matter.
