    Here is a copy of an email I sent them:"I received a voice mail message from ***** today telling me to call him and that they do not have access to the internet because they are changing their system. The email address listed for the company is a gmail account, accessible from any smart phone, so that assertion is absolutely ridiculous. After reading more about the unethical business practices of this company, I will only communicate in writing, not over the phone! As I stated in an email last week, I received a call from your company asking if I would like a new catalog and thank- you for previous orders. I did not authorize an order for toner. When the toner arrived (with no catalog), I attempted to return the package, along with several other toner cartridges received by a previous employee of our company. We do not even have a printer that uses the cartridges sent! I attempted to return the package via Fed-Ex on 7/27/23. Fed-Ex made several unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package and ultimately returned it to our office. We will not pay for these unordered toner cartridges! I should actually bill your company for the shipping charges from Fed-Ex. If you would like your cartridges back, please send a pre-paid return label and I will send them back. In the meantime, I will add my experience with US Imagine to the Better Business Bureau website along with the many other complaints against US. Imaging Systems."

    The moment we received the email from ****** at Central ******************** we replied with a request to give us time to research before doing anything. The very next morning she received this email: "Good Morning ******, Attached is your return label for the cartridges from Invoice #***** that you requested.***** does not have access to our company emails so sorry about any confusion you had with that and our computer software was being upgraded yesterday (which is what he was referring to)So I hope that clears things up for you.Thank you for your understanding."

    I think this is a total scam. These cartridges do not last any longer then the hp cartridges and are twice the price. I have told them not to call me again and they continue to do so and then somehow just tell you they are sending cartridges and not hearing you when you say don't.I do not know how they are getting away with this for so many years.I will NOT pay this bill!!!!!

    We spoke to ************* from ************************ LLC on June 9th after she requested a return for products from Invoice #*****.We have since received the products back. To our knowledge she is satisfied.

    Total SCAM! Don't fall for it. They scammed the front desk girl at our company, then sent more unsolicited ********** a mini ************************* Grill for over $500.00. We will NOT be paying their ridiculous invoice. I can't say it enough SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ZERO STARS if i could. This business is a joke. Our company has been scammed over and over by them. They try and real you in with free toner and then send you a bill for $2000 dollars. Our emails are "blocked" when we try to email them. The phone never is answered. When we do speak with someone, he is slimy and rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN DEBT.

    The person that made this submission is refusing to supply a Company Name, phone number or Invoice # so we can help her. We politely asked several times through the email in the submission and ***************************** is refusing to supply any information.

    This company solicited our business and offered us a Free toner cartridge. They promised that we would see a difference and would be pleased with product. The cartridge did not work. We discarded it and didn't think twice about it as it was free and we have never heard of or ordered from US imaging Systems. A month later we received an invoice for $292.25. Now, we are receiving calls from a very rude accounts receivable representative. I explained what her company had offered but she shamed me with "Mamm, you should know that nothing is free. This day in age nothing is free". She then got upset that the person who answered the initial call never responded to the invoice. I explained that she was a front desk position and didn't have access to our invoices nor would she have agreed to paying anything. Representative was once again rude and said we should know better than to accept product without paying for it,

    We tried to speak to ***************************** at Riverstone Dental Care  who was very condescending and not receptive to hearing anything we had to say. We will consider this a bad debt as they are not returning the merchandise that was sent to ***************************** on a open billing.

    This company reached out to us about sending us a free ink and toner to try, saying that we would see the difference in pages per ink cartridge and will last longer. We agreed to try their product and if we liked them we would place an order for more. A month later I received two more in the mail and that was way over priced plus charged $62 in shipping! I called to return the product because we wasn't impressed with it and Amazon is much cheaper. I was told I had to have a receiving number on the package for them to accept it. I added it all over the package and paid for the shipping back. A year later I get a phone call saying we owe money for the ink I sent back. As far as I knew they had the product. Upon researching they refused the shipment and it did not make it back across the country to us. Now that it has been a year UPS will not allow a claim to be filed. I have asked to speak to the office manager or controller. All I get is a very rude woman on the phone and emails. She never signs her name but throws Ken from customer service under the bus. I went round and round with the "mystery woman" from this "company" and insured them we wont pay for something that they refused and stated they did not want according to UPS and didn't order. From the looks of the other complains this is nothing new.

    Same as all the others. Total scam. Try to call and get no return calls. Finally talk to someone and they try to discount the item or state they will send a return label. Then never hear from them again.

    Like all the 1-star reviews below, we were cold-called about receiving "sample" toners for our HP machine. We like to use only OEM toners and we were told these were samples we could try out. 2-3 weeks later we received an invoice for $151.97. Tried to call the phone # and received their voice mail message. Total scam.
