    I was guaranteed that if my car payments were made and when my car was paid off my credit score would be repaired in the process. After speaking with ******, located in Texas, he informed me that when my car is paid off it will only reflect a "account with the balance paid" and would not increase my credit score. Since starting my account I've lost over 125 credit points and another 100 points s being threatened currently. I was in a car accident 11/11/21 that left me unable to operate the vehicle over 5mph without hearing "bats slamming against aluminum sheds" and tires "rolling like a whitewater raft down a stream". I was also involved in another accident 3/16/22 that left the vehicle in worse shape than before. The insurance company has already claimed liability yet Quality Acceptance is still requiring me to pay a bill on an inoperable vehicle. And also threatening to affect my credit score another 100pts by reporting a delinquent payment while knowing the insurance company is going to send a check for the full amount of the vehicle. Agent ***** in your San Antonio office spoke with the claims adjuster from the insurance company. How is it that if I'm a few payments behind you will affect my credit negatively, but if I pay off the car in its entirety I don't get a single point boost? I would not have signed up with you all if I was not guaranteed a credit boost after the car was paid off. That means I will never get those +125 credit points back again from you all, but the car would be paid off. Yay, you win again and the poor people with bad credit now have worse credit after giving you $*** in total. And when I asked for a printout of how much I owe on the car, I was denied numerous times and told the amount I owe on the car is different from the amount you share with the insurance company for settlement. That's shady and doesn't help consumers at all

    The vehicle I purchased has had many problems including needing a new transmission within the first 30 days of purchase. But the worst part was not the purchase but the horrible customer service this company provides. If you need anything from them, copies, information, ect. good luck! I have had to make several calls for one request and still with no resolution. They are rude and pass the phone around saying someone will call you back. Then they never do. I would give them a negative 4 stars but that is not an option. I should be paid to deal with this companies incompetence.Bottom line DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Finance somewhere else or walk because you would be better off.
