            I contacted the claims department on the 11th of July to file a claim with my extended warranty, no answer. I preceded to e-mail them on the 12th. They responded stating that they will send an adjuster to the shop within 1-2 days (*********************). The adjuster came on the 14th and stated that they will only pay $728.00. I had no choice, so I agreed to pay to pay the remaining balance. The adjuster told the manager that they will get back with them the 17th or 18th. They did not contact the shop nor me. We've called and e-mailed for a couple of days and still no response, I am requesting a refund of $728.00 that was promised. I had to pay the entire balance of ******* because I needed my car, and the shop gave me a discount for my troubles. This is my first time filing a claim with them and I've been a customer for years with previous cars and a year with my present vehicle. This isn't professional at all. I just want a refund.

            Calls start at 7am. By law, not suppose to call before 8am and after 9pm. They call from different phone numbers spoofing the number to make me think i need to answer it. Not to mention me being on a do not call registry for my phone number for years. Ih and a call that plays a recorded message is selling something, it's illegal unless the company trying to sell you something got written permission, directly from you, to call you that way. That's 3 calls today do far. $550 per call...i will be requesting payment for $1100 plus reporting you to the FTC whom will fine you for the calls. I never gave you permission to call me in writing and have requested you to not contact me.
