    I ordered a set of wheels for my Tesla Model X plaid. In the 1st year I had two wheels crack and they were not replaced under warranty. Recently the 3rd wheel cracked. They are all cracking at the same spot with no dents or other structural damage inherent in hitting potholes and I think there is a manufacturer defect. When I requested a replacement the company tried to charge me more that I paid for the wheels during the original order. Since I have had to replace 3 wheels from the same set front and both back wheels I would hope that from a customer satisfaction perspective they would provide a discount.

    Bought of set of wheels for my model 3. They arrived and went same day to have them mounted and installed at discount tire in **************, ga. As soon as they put the first one on the balancer they noticed the wheel was out of round. Again and again and again all 4 wheels were defective. I called customer service and got voicemail. Emailed customer service and got a response hours later by phone. The woman on the phone had a tone in her voice like I was crazy. They asked for a video which I provided and 2 days later still no response. Stay away from this company, they're claiming the wheels are manufactured in the *** but I've never seen 4 defective rims in all the cars and trucks I've owned and bought tons of aftermarket wheels for. Will update review if any attempt is made to reach me and correct this. All I asked for was to exchange the wheels for the same ones, didn't even ask for money back
