    I purchased the 7 speaker kit for my Tesla model 3. The kit didnt include any instructions but referred me to a video of a different model Tesla. After installing the majority of the kit, I realized the wrong bracket was sent. I immediately reached out to T Sportline but got the run around for days. They cant troubleshoot so they act as a go between with the customer and manufacturer. This convoluted telephone game and their poor response times prevented a quick solution. Ultimately the correct bracket was sent but after installing the last speaker, I found that it didnt work. After hours of troubleshooting, I found that a connector was wired incorrectly. I bypassed T Sportline and contacted the manufacturer directly who then shipped a replacement same day. T Sportline didnt even respond to my email until 8 pm acting as a go between again knowing that my car has been torn apart without a working audio system for nearly 2 weeks. T Sportline doesnt care about their customers inconveniences caused by them or the manufacturer. They dont quality control products they sell at a significant mark up! They lost any future business from me and I hope others think twice when considering this company.

    Tsportline represents and sells an audio package from ******. The manufacturer had a packaging error and parts were missing/incorrect. Tsportline resolved the issue with the customer and connected him with ****** and through our technical support efforts. The issue has been solved.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    T Sportline is shifting the blame on orella while yes they sent wrong defective parts, T Sportlines poor customer service was the ******* of this complaint. T Sportline did not put me in contact with orella and in fact Adir from T Sportline told me that per an agreement all issues have to go through T Sportline. When I did not receive timely responses I took it upon myself to contact ****** who had the correct part shipped the same day. T Sportline had not even responded to my contact efforts until after the part was already in the mail.

    I want to clarify that this complaint was submitted for informational purposes only. I did not request resolution or reimbursement. I received numerous calls from T Sportline complaining about my reviews and have asked them to cease all future contact.

    On June 1, 2024. I ordered an accessory for my Tesla. I have not received the product or even confirmation the product was being delivered. I called the customer service number and have sent emails and have received no response!

    This company is engaging in a bait and switch practice. They are advertising free vehicle wrap for a Cyber Truck.. When you try to make an appointment they do a switch on you and say that the free wrap is no longer available and they will give you a small discount off a full service wrap. this is classic bait and switch. they claim it was free only to the first person that gets one. The videos this company has on social media say that they have been wrapping cyber trucks for multiple months now and shows multiple wrapped cybertrucks. They person on the phone told me they have done a lot of trucks already. The free offer is still up on the website to this day.

    On September 14th, 2023, I ordered a set of aero wheel covers for my Tesla vehicle, expecting stylish design, reduced road noise, improved range, and rim protection, as described in the product details. Unfortunately, the product proved to be misleading as it arrived without instructions, making installation frustrating. After seeking guidance from customer service, I discovered that the lack of clear instructions put my vehicle at risk. The representative told me Make sure that the center of the cover is pressed into the center of wheel by giving it a hard tap. If installed incorrectly, it could cause scratching to the wheel. Why provide a customer with a product that has no clear instructions and puts the customers vehicle at risk by failing to do so. Within one week of use, one cover fell off during driving, I instantly removed the covers to find all three of the covers with broken clips and pieces as well as scratches and damage to my rim. The cover did not improve range, the cover caused additional and unwanted road noise, and the cover caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my vehicles rim. The misleading and fraudulent product description played a large factor in the reason for my purchase. The covers didn't deliver the promised benefits and, after contacting T Sportline's customer service, it became apparent they prioritized profit over customer satisfaction. Despite my attempts to dispute the transaction, the bank closed the claim in the merchant's favor, for failure to return the product in the given time frame, further compounding my frustrations. I was not provided with a return label and was further forced to spend time and money on this issue by purchasing a return label. The lack of a return label further added to the inconvenience and expenses incurred to resolve this issue. Here are some of the product descriptions listed on the website.

    We offered multiple attempts to help this customer.  Instructions are linked to the product page he purchased the goods from and we directed him to this.  The product box has a QR code on the label 'scan for instructions', as well.  We also offered the customer free replacement parts.  The customer refused all help and threw away the parts supposedly, then filed a credit card dispute.  The credit card sided with us and denied his dispute.  The customer called us and complained further, and we issued a full 100% refund.   Customer keep our product and got a full 100% refund.  This should not be a BBB claim.
