            Had AirTech HVAC Solutions install an entire AC unit in our home 8/11/2020. 2 years later unit not cooling or working properly. Warranty is 10 year parts and *********. Cannot get ahold of anyone in this company. Emergency number not in service. Left numerous emails for service and phone number mail box is full . No one will call me back or contact to uphold warranty. Warranty is 10 years parts 10 year compressor 5 year Air Tech labor warranty 1 year annual maintenance included I cannot get ahold of anyone in this company on phone or email to uphold this warranty.

            Owner will not respond: And now opened under new company Name: GENABI AIR HEATING AND COOLING IN VAN NUYS CA. Summary: I purchase two units.This is in regard to Air Tech HVAC ************ Faulty Air Conditioner Unit, that did not have a proper working safety valve that caused water damage to my home. It was stated by Owner. that the air filter was dirty, and the coils froze, dripped in overflow pan, pan overflowed and unit did not shut off. Note: the water continued to run.What was the cause? Safety Valve, not installed or not working when new unit installed:oRegardless, of the air filter being dirty the unit should have cut off.oThe unit did not cut off because the safety feature was not there or installed properly.I have tried to contact him on 4 attempts, and he will not respond. In which he does not answer, hung up, or disguises his voice in different languages. This is costing me, $3,400 in damages. In addition, I have not received my warranty for my units. He did return to fix the safety valve but at this point I have no confidence that this will not happen again.
