• Advertising Review:

  On February 23, 2023, BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue a claim in the company's advertisement in AOA News and Buyers Guide. The company advertises “Up to 40% Savings.”
  
  The BBB Code of Advertising states, “1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.”

  
  The BBB Code of Advertising also states, “11.1 Where a savings claim (for example, “save up to 40%”) covers a group of items with a range of savings, the number of items available at the maximum savings must comprise a significant percentage, at a minimum 10%, of all the items in the offering, unless local, state or provincial law requires otherwise.11.2 To avoid confusion or any possible deception, an advertiser should consider including a disclosure of both the minimum and maximum savings available under the offer. In such an instance, the advertiser must avoid any undue or misleading display of the maximum.” 

   

  As of March 29, 2023, the business has failed to respond to our request for substantiation, modification, or discontinuation of the advertised claim.
