    DO NOT go to Countryside Vet. ****. They bait & switch and upcharge at the last minute without consent, then hold your pet hostage until you pay.

    This is not a client and has never been a client. This person has been purposely spamming our business and social media accounts because a friend has been giving her false information. Her Friend's dog had surgery at our hospital, and the friend signed a consent form stating the price of the surgery. The friend whose dog had surgery was charged less than the signed estimate amount. The owner then refused to pay when picking up her dog. The sheriff had to get involved because of threatening behavior by the owners of the dog who had surgery and was told the dog would not be released until payment was received. This client was NEVER charged more than stated. We have the signed estimate and PHONE recordings showing that the client was aware of all charges and was given updates as surgery was in progress. At any time the owner gives me permission, I can release these documents and recordings so her friends and the public are aware of these facts.
