On June 27, 2023 The wrong prescription was issued and I paid $85.00 cash. Upon calling to inform *** ***** * ********* ** that it was incorrect, I was told there was no way I could return the item since I took it home. I returned the item the same day and they refused to refund me. They refused to give me the correct prescription and to return my $85.00
******* ******* tried to bully me into taking the incorrect dosage and giving it to my dog instead of the required pill.
I just want my money back.

    To Whom it may concern:

Client was prescirbed medication by doctor for her dog.  Client took home medication for her dog that was prescribed for that dog.

Client was upset the medication didn't match the prescription she was giving her OTHER dog.   Client wanted to return medication for a medication that was not authorized by a doctor.

Client had paid cash for this prescription she is contesting.   Client then contacted credit card company and put a charge back on a previous payment unrelated to the visit she is complaining about and made fraudulent statments to charge back a previous visit to get her money back for the prescripition she paid cash in.    She did receive her money back from credit card company because I was out of town on medical leave and unable to submit needed documents in the allotted time frame.   Because of this the account will now be going to collections for payment.

This response is untrue.  I was re-billed by the credit card company.  The doctors never allowed me to get my pills or money and never spoke to me.  The manager is "biased against me" because I disputed the handling of my animal and they refused to correct their error.

I am still without my medication and my $85.00

These people are short staffed and refuse to admit mistakes.

The client received the medication that was prescribed by the doctor.   She paid for it and took it home directly after the appointment.

Client called back a few days later wanting to return the medication that was prescribed by the doctor and have a new prescription changed to match that of her other pet.   She was told NO we can't do that.

    1) We can not take back a prescription that left the hospital.   2) The doctor will only prescribe medication/directions that the doctor deemed proper during the visit with pet that she examined

Client called mulitple times a day, daily for over a week.  Harrassing staff, and manager with yelling and threats.   Mailed letters to our doctors personal home complaining.

Client filed fraudulent charges with credit card company.     Client has been sent to collected for fraudulent charge back.

Client received proper medication prescribed by doctor.   We will not alter or change doctor recommendations to what the client feels/wants based on her other dog's symptoms and past treatments in the past.

    Customer Answer

The claims are false and the doctors have never spoken to me or addressed the issue.  The manager was abusive to me and bullied me.

    This is unacceptable.
