I ordered online a product for a motorcycle on (November 28th 2023) order number 4326, money came out of my account to ********************** that day. I have pictured to show original confirmation order. Weeks go by and I never got contacted about any follow up information or a shipping date, I took action first on ( 1/1/24). Hoping to find out what was going on seeing as these are custom made items.. no response back. Second time I took action was (1/12/2024) again no response on any follow up information. 3rd email and a forward go out (1/22/2024), I have pictures to support my claim. Called this company prob 15x in process Im willing to get call logs to prove how many times I have called and never got a response. Filed a claim with ***** on (feb14.2024) for fraud within 3to 6 days I received a temporary credit for the total of *****. Never any conclusion email and nothing from Trac dynamics. Fast forward to 4 days ago (may 17,2024) the money gets reversed out of my bank account after 3 months. Still no conclusion email, so I called my bank Monday morning. They tell me youre past 60 day grace ****** for when I could file a claim. And they were not going to be any help further and to contact Trac.so I called Trac at 12:05 pm which is 9am in **********, finally someone answered he took my name and information and said they would get back to me, heard nothing back so I called 3x around 4:52. Nobody answers the phone BUTA SOMEONE through the messaging system texts me, please text me We continue the conversation and give him the order number, my response was I will check on this for you and were not picking up because your number has been reported as spam. Clarifying to me that they dont want to deal with it. Im out the money ***** and never got a decent customer response or ally product I ordered. I would like to get a full refund back from Trac for over 7 months with no contact, terrible services and fraudInitial Complaint

I paid for a bump stop and heavy-duty spring from Trac Dynamics. He sent the spring but never sent the bump stock. Although responsive at first he stopped responding altogether. I just want the part or a refund. It's been 2 years. I have included pictures of emails sent back and forward. On May 31, 2023 I purchased a swingarm for a ****** RD350 motorcycle from Trac Dynamics in ********, **. I paid $710.75 and my credit card was debated for the charge at that time. I received an order conformation with order #**** and a receipt at that time. On June 19 I inquired about a shipping date and was told that it would ship on July 7. Having not received the swingarm yet I contacted Trac dynamics again on July 19. I was told that there was a delay and it would ship in two weeks. Still no swingarm so on August 27 I tried to contact them again. I was finally able to contact them on September 9 and I was told that my swingarm would ship in the next two weeks. Still no swingarm so on October 4, after many unsuccessful tries, I was able to contact them again and was told that I would receive my arm in the next week. Same thing on November 1 when I was told that there was a delay but my arm would ship any day now. These same misleading conversations took place again on December 27 and February 6. On February 14 I was told that my arm had shipped but I still dont have it. I have contacted them by email, texting and phone. Occasionally they answer the phone and sometime they will return an email but they are extremely difficult to contact by any method. Usually, their voice mail box is full and not excepting messages. Lately I have not been able to contact them at all and they are not responding to any messages so I have requested a full refund in the messages that I have been able to leave. They are not responding to any message I leave. Trac Dynamics is at best a very poorly run business and at worst a very dishonest operation. At this time, I still have no swingarm and I have apparently been cheated out of $710.75.Initial Complaint

I ordered a swing arm from this company on June 8th, 2023 and still have not received it. I've tried calling, leaving voicemails and emailing. A couple times I was told my swing arm would be sent out next week, but it never happened. Now I am not getting a response at all and the voicemail box is full. Bought vortex 47tooth rear sprocket for motorcycle, order confirmation # **** on 2/12/2024. Trac dynamics has not shipped or given eta of arrival of product. I have tried several times to contact for an eta, but to no avail. They say they will call back, but do not. On July 14, 2023 I made a purchase to Trac Dynamics tracdynamics.com , order number 4087 in the amount of $895.53. My order was for a Swingarm for a 1977 Yamaha RD 400. The reason for my request to refund this transaction amount is twofold. First being that the order, after six months, has not been filled/delivered. The second being that after numerous emails and phone calls, the company owner **** has been either nonresponsive, or has provided misleading, vague, or inaccurate information regarding my order.I have sent at least eight emails directly to *******************, the owner of Trac Dynamics, at ************************************ I also sent two emails directly through the tracdynamics.com website. Between the emails to **** personally, or through the business website, I have received a total of one email response from ****, dated September 18, 2023, that stated just a couple more days.I have also made probably 30+ phone calls directly to Trac Dynamics, at ************. There is no receptionist or customer service department, the voicebox is nearly always full, and in the rare event that someone answers the phone, its **** who states that he is not near a computer or in the shop and that he will either call back with details on the order or request that I call back later that day or early the next morning for details. He has never once called back and the times that I have called back I have either left a message with no response or the voice mailbox is full.In summary, this order was made on July 14, 2023. *******************, company owner, told me the day that I placed the order that they would be making the part in 34 weeks and on September 18 responded to my only email stating a couple more days . Other than this email I have received zero response. These email requests for information have also included requests for a refund, with no response at all. Received a damaged motorcycle swingarm from Trac Dynamics. Filed a claim with *** and it was approved but Trac Dynamics will not fill out and return the forms *** sent to them.
