    I am an A-LIST member and have been one for quite a long time. This is a $25 a month subscription where customer is able to watch 3 movies a week at no additional cost. AMC announced that they would be releasing Spider-Man: No Way Home tickets at 12:01am ET. At 12:00am I was put in a cue for over 2 hours on the AMC app. When my time finally came to buy my ticket there was a "retry" error. I was then kicked out not only of line but my account is locked. AMC has been unresponsive. I have sent several emails and messages on *******, have done what the automatic response said to do, but it did not work. Their customer service continuously responds to others complaints immediately but when I complain I am ignored. Granted, this particular theater is not corporate but come to find out they sold tickets earlier than they were supposed to. Which is the theater I always go to since I am a Disabled Veteran and they offer handicapped seating in a really good spot for my disabilities. Plus IMAX. But now because of this situation I cannot see this movie opening weekend. I can't even purchase tickets to another movie because my account is locked out. And the fact this theater willingly violated their own policy thus screwing those of us who waited when we were told to wait should not go unaccounted for. This is a reflection of how AMC treats its customers, especially those who pay premium price. Yet we do not feel premium. And guess what? If I cancel my account then I do not get A LIST for 6 months: Which is a nice way to trap me in since I do want to see movies in March. No one is holding AMC accountable for their unprofessional actions. AMC themselves do not care and this theater is an example of that. It's insulting to see people brag on social media about getting their tickets early from this theater.
