"Visted universal with my family that came in from out of town first time for them since they live in ******** and our experience was horrible. We bought tickets at the window never was told most of the main attractions were closed no signs or anything, we first went to ***** ****** and the main attraction inside the castle was temporary closed we go downstairs to the mummy was also closed jurassic park after waiting in line for 1 hr the ride malfunction and had to wait an additional 30 min to get it fixed we finally made it to the tram my family was excited to see fast and the furious and ********* also closed." ...
