Refund and Exchange Policy

Boarding Cancellation policy

Payment Policy / Cancellation Policy. During non-holiday and non-summer time periods final payment is due 7 days before the check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin. During holiday and summertime periods final payment is due no later than 14 days before the Client’s departure date or commencement of service. We accept credit cards, EFT, and cash. We do not accept checks.

Client agrees to GDPS cancellation policy, which is as follows:
a. During non-holiday and non-summer time periods, please note GDPS cancellation policy is as follows:
8 or more days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin: FULL REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT.

4-7 days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin: A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE IMPOSED. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD FUTURE SERVICES.

3 or fewer days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin: NO REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT; A CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% OF BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE IMPOSED.

b. During dates on and up to two weeks before and after major national holidays and the summer period between June 1 - Sept 10 or for reservations that are longer than 14 days in length, the GDPS cancellation policy is as follows:
* 15 or more days’ notice for cancellation prior to reservation or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin.: FULL REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT.

* 7-14 days’ notice for cancellation: A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE IMPOSED. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD FUTURE SERVICES.

6 or fewer days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date: NO REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT; A CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% OF BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE IMPOSED.

Boarding and Pet Sitting Cancellations paid for with VIP Passport.
Client agrees to GDPS cancellation policy with regards to the VIP PASSPORT program, which is as follows:
a. During non-holiday and non-summer time periods, please note GDPS  VIP PASSPORT cancellation policy is as follows:
* 8 or more days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin: ALL DAYS OR VISITS WILL. RETURNED TO THE CLIENTS VIP PASSPORT.

* 4-7 days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in date or the date your requested services are scheduled to begin: A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE DAYS OR VISITS BOOKED WILL BE IMPOSED. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD FUTURE SERVICES.
