    I booked a flight for 4 people to fly July 15- July 18, 2022 with Allegiant ($703.00). Unfortunately I had to cancel that flight. I do not have a computer at home, I tried to do it on my phone and it was to hard to see so I called a phone number that I found on the Allegiant airline web site for customer service. I did not know this was a third party phone number. The lady (*******) I talked to told me I would have to pay a $300.00 cancellation fee in order to get an credit voucher of $788.00 that I could us up to a year. I paid the $300.00. Which I have emails from her regarding. A few weeks later I called the same phone number to use my voucher. ******* booked my flight for Nov. 19 - Nov. 26. She sent me an email with an itinerary number, Yesterday (11/7/22) I wanted to look at my flight and it said the flight was canceled. I did not cancel my flight. I called Allegiant and was on hold for 2 hours. The gentlemen I spoke to said I had been scammed, to call my credit card company. I did put a claim in. Today (11/8/22) I have called Allegiant who will not help me because this was done with a third party. I can not get anyone to answer or call me back from Smart Airfare. They are so rude. I am out of over a thousand dollars and do not have a flight to visit my family for the Holidays.

    ******** knew I was trying to contact ********* cooperate office do to them not exchanging my flight with Kuwait airlines leaving me and my children stranded in the airport for 2 days. Kuwait airlines didnt care to help us either well the person in charge 2 staff members were nice and trying the supervisor wasnt so friendly. The smart airfare Rep made me foward him emails from Priceline agents Jewl and **** to prove the games they were playing. He asked for my Priceline password to see the flights. And emailed me a link saying If he couldnt change my password I should and then give him the password. I mentioned the flights arent on my account I booked over the phone. He confirmed he was Priceline Cooperate and even told me to do a charge back with the other reservations and book with him now to get us home. Because he doesnt see in his system where they booked and he had no clue why they didnt and h*** report them. My card was charged 8 times totalling over $7700,00 my exchange was ticket cost was between $1900-2220. I found out two days later when I saw my account. This man **** has all of our passports numbers, address and date of birth I fell so much like a fool. He email is ************************************* he knew I was n distress I never heard of this company until now. I literally googled Priceline cooperate office. And asked was this Priceline:( my internet wasnt working well at all in another country. It took very long for them to load. I was bamboozled at a time where I was very vulnerable. The number I called was *********** which is now not in service. Its saying ****** may record the call for research purposes.

    Hello team. best wishes for the day, Following an investigation, it was discovered that the customer had a complaint for a different travel agency and became confused with ours; thus, it was determined that the complaint was made by mistake and the customer has no issue with us. So the problem has been resolved on our end. I respectfully request that you remove the comment.
